The project “Development of specialised advisory services of the social facility SENIORPARK n.o. in the field of prevention and elimination of discrimination” is its focus in line with the OP HR 2014-2020, specific objective 4.1.2 Prevention and elimination of all forms of discrimination. The main idea of the project is the development of specialised advisory services at SENIORPARK n.o. social facility employees, with a focus on addressing and eliminating all forms of discrimination and the risk of poverty of the clients (seniors) of the social facility SENIORPARK n.o. who are entrusted to care. It is the employees of establishments of this type that often witness situations in which their wards are victims of psychological violence and discrimination even at risk of poverty by their family members. Such phenomena occur between the client and family members, in particular in connection with problems relating to property relations. Clients are mostly deprived of property by some of the family members. There are unrest in the client’s family, which is often drawn into problems that he is unable to solve. Especially clients of a specialised device with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease. Family members distance themselves from relatives (clients). The client becomes a person at risk of discrimination, poverty and social exclusion.  Serious and difficult situations arise, with an adverse impact especially on the health of the “client” who feels lonely because family members stop visiting him for various reasons, feel useless, disappointed, lose appetite for life. The client is in a situation where he needs intensive psychological, economic, legal or social counselling. Not only advising, but also correctly chosen information outreach activities within the present project will achieve a multiplier effect for the target group, awareness of their rights and freedoms. Also, the feeling and belief that with his problems is not alone. There are always qualified employees of the SENIORPARK n.o. facility, who will be able to provide him with the necessary professional advice and support. In order to achieve the main objective of the project, sufficient awareness and advice is needed not only in relation to clients and employees of the SENIORPAR n.o. equipment, but also towards their family members. These are often unable to reconcile with the condition of their relatives, they are not able to react correctly in conversations and other activities with the affected client.  Therefore, part of the project’s activities will also be devoted to sufficient and effective education in relation to family members. In order to eliminate all forms of discrimination and the risk of poverty among the clients of the social institution, sufficient qualified staff – employees of the social facility SENIORPARK n.o. In particular, activities will focus on managing and addressing stressful and adverse situations in order to ensure the elimination of such situations. Also how to defend yourself from “drawing” employees into family disputes.     Projekt „Rozvoj špecializovaných poradenských služieb sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o. v oblasti prevencie a eliminácie diskriminácie “ je svojím zameraním v súlade so OP ĽZ 2014-2020, špecifickým cieľom 4.1.2 Prevencia a eliminácia všetkých foriem diskriminácie.Hlavnou myšlienkou projektu je rozvoj špecializovaných poradenských služieb u zamestnancov sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o., so zameraním na riešenie a elimináciu všetkých foriem diskriminácie a ohrozenia chudobou klientov (seniorov) sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o., ktorí sú im zverený do opatrovateľskej starostlivosti. Práve zamestnanci zariadení tohto typu, bývajú často svedkami situácií, kedy sa ich zverenci stávajú obeťou psychického násilia a diskriminácie dokonca sú ohrozovaný chudobou zo strany svojich rodinných príslušníkov. K takýmto javom medzi klientom a rodinnými príslušníkmi dochádza najmä v súvislosti s problémami, ktoré sa týkajú  majetkových vzťahov. Klienti sú poväčšine zbavovaní majetku niektorým z rodinných príslušníkov. Dochádza k nepokojom v rodine klienta, ktorý je často vťahovaný do problémov, ktoré nie je schopný riešiť. Najmä klienti Špecializovaného zariadenia s Alzheimerovou alebo Parkinsonovou chorobou. Rodinní príslušníci sa dištancujú od príbuzných (klientov). Klient sa stáva osobou ohrozenou diskrimináciou, chudobou a sociálnym vylúčením.  Vznikajú vážne a ťažké situácie s nepriaznivým dopadom najmä na zdravotný stav „klienta“, ktorý sa cíti osamelo pretože ho rodinný príslušníci z rôznych dôvodov prestanú navštevovať, cíti sa zbytočný, sklamaný, stráca chuť do života. Klient sa dostáva do situácie, kedy potrebuje intenzívne psychologické, ekonomické, právne, či sociálne poradenstvo. Nie len poradenstvom, ale aj správne zvolenou informačnou osvetovou činnosťou v rámci predkladaného projektu bude dosiahnutý multiplikačný efekt u cieľovej skupiny, uvedomovanie si svojich práv a slobôd. Tiež pocit a presvedčenie, že so svojimi problémami nie je sám. Sú tu vždy pre neho kvalifikovaný zamestnanci zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o., ktorí mu budú vedieť poskytnúť potrebné odborné poradenstvo a podporu. Pre dosiahnutie hlavného cieľa projektu je potrebná dostatočná osveta a poradenstvo nie len vo vzťahu ku klientom a zamestnancom zariadenia SENIORPAR n.o., ale aj smerom k ich rodinným príslušníkom. Títo sa často nevedia zmieriť so stavom svojich príbuzných, nevedia správne reagovať pri rozhovoroch a ostatných činnostiach s postihnutým klientom.  Preto časť aktivít projektu bude venovaná aj dostatočnej a efektívnej osvete vo vzťahu k rodinným príslušníkom. Aby bolo možné eliminovať všetky formy diskriminácie a ohrozenia chudobou u klientov sociálneho zariadenia je potrebný dostatočne odborne spôsobilý personál –zamestnancov sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o.. Aktivity budú zamerané najmä na zvládanie a riešenie stresových a nepriaznivých situácií s cieľom zabezpečiť elimináciu takýchto situácií. Tiež ako sa brániť pred „vťahovaním“ zamestnancov do rodinných sporov.
