Project implementation is suitable and important for the target group from the point of view of emotional and social development of pupils and consequently their successful self-realisation and inclusion in the local community and society, not only in terms of adequate and effective educational progress of pupils. Timely and accessible professional assistance, already in the process of teaching pupils, provides a prerequisite for progression in a better quality and extent of acquired knowledge, which will translate in the long term, not only on the personality preconditions of integrated pupils and their future perspectives, but also in a better quality of interaction and improvement of emotional relationships in peer group and secondary in the long term, and consequently in the local community of citizens. The main objective of the project is to improve learning outcomes in the education of all pupils, including those with VET and to create appropriate conditions for education, with the emphasis on the application of equal access to education, which will lead to the prevention of early school leaving. The main objective will be pursued through a team of experts composed of: a special pedagogue and a pedagogical assistant. These professionals will help ordinary pupils and pupils with SVET to integrate and thus become part of the school environment, eliminate socio-pathological phenomena, improve the diagnosis and re-diagnosis of pupils in order to prevent and mitigate the negative impact of developmental disorders and other disadvantages that could result in school failures. The target group of the present project is all pupils from elementary schools, including pupils with SVET.     Realizácia projektu je pre cieľovú skupinu vhodná a dôležitá z hľadiska emočného a sociálneho rozvoja žiakov a následne ich úspešnú sebarealizáciu a začlenenie sa do miestnej komunity a do spoločnosti, nielen z hľadiska primeraného a efektívneho  vzdelanostného progresu  žiakov. Včasná a dostupná odborná pomoc, už v procese výučby žiakov, dáva predpoklad progresu v lepšej kvalite a rozsahu osvojených vedomostí, čo sa dlhodobo prejaví, nielen na osobnostných predpokladoch integrovaných žiakov a ich ďalšej perspektívy v budúcnosti, ale aj v lepšej kvalite  interakcie a zlepšení emočných vzťahov v rovesníckej skupine a sekundárne z dlhodobého hľadiska, a následne aj v miestnej komunite občanov. Hlavným cieľom projektu je zlepšenie študijných výsledkov vo vzdelaní všetkých žiakov, vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP a vytvorenie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom uplatňovania rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu, čo povedie ku zabráneniu predčasného ukončovania školskej dochádzky. Hlavný cieľ bude napĺňaný prostredníctvom vytvoreného tímu odborníkov zloženého zo: špeciálneho pedagóga a pedagogického asistenta. Títo odborníci budú pomáhať bežným žiakom a žiakom so ŠVVP integrovať sa a tak sa stať súčasťou školského prostredia, odstraňovať sociálno-patologické javy, skvalitnia diagnostikovanie a rediagnostikovanie žiakov s cieľom predchádzať a zmierňovať negatívny vplyv vývinových porúch a iného znevýhodnenia, ktoré by mohlo mať za následok školskú neúspešnosť žiakov. Cieľovou skupinou predkladaného projektu sú všetci žiaci ZŠ vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP.
