The subject of the project “Danalising the agglomeration of Kendice” is the construction of gravit. kanal.snette and WWTP for the village Petrovany and at the same time the completion of the kanal. network within the existing infrastructure in the village of Kendice. The outputs of the project will be used by more than 95 % of the population of the Kendice agglomeration. After completion, the project will generate revenue from the sewer, but not to the extent that the cumulated cash flow could cover the investment expenditure. The implementation of the project will meet the result indicators: — length of newly built canal. networks (without kanal. connections) – 10,871 km, – number of reconstructed or newly built WWTP – 1, – increased population with improved urban waste treatment. Water – 2735. The project in question must be implemented in order to comply with Council Directive 91/271/EEC concerning urban waste water treatment and Slovak Government Regulation No 269/2010, which lays down requirements for achieving good water status. The aim of the project is to prevent the reduction of the quality of groundwater and surface waters by illegal discharges or discharges of sewage. The necessity of building ver. sewerage is also emphasised by the fact that the agglomeration of Kendice is located near the county of Prešov and develops as a suburban location for living within TURM. Predmetom projektu "Odkanalizovanie aglomerácie Kendice" je vybudovanie gravit. kanal.siete a ČOV pre obce Petrovany a zároveň dobudovanie kanal. siete v rámci exist. infraštruktúry v obci Kendice. Výstupy projektu bude využívať viac ako 95 % obyvateľov aglomerácie Kendice. Projekt po ukončení realizácie bude generovať príjmy zo stočného, avšak nie v takej miere, že by kumulované cash-flow vedelo pokryť investičné výdavky. Realizáciou projektu dôjde k naplneniu výsledkových merat. ukazovateľov: - dĺžka novovybudovaných kanal. sietí (bez kanal. prípojok) - 10,871 km, - počet zrekonštruovaných alebo novovybudovaných ČOV - 1, - zvýšený počet obyvateľov so zlepšeným čistením komunálnych odpad. vôd - 2735. Predmetný projekt je potrebné realizovať z dôvodu naplnenia smernice Rady 91/271/EHS o čistení komunálnych odpadových vôd a nariadenia vlády SR č. 269/2010 Z.z., kt. sa ustanovujú požiadavky na dosiahnutie dobrého stavu vody. Cieľom projektu je zamedziť obmedzenie kvality podzemných a povrchových vôd nelegálnym vypúšťaním resp. únikom splaškových vôd. Nutnosť výstavby ver. kanalizácie zdôrazňuje aj fakt, že aglomerácia Kendice sa nachádza v blízkosti kraj. mesta Prešov a rozvíja sa ako prímestská lokalita na bývanie v rámci TURM. Predkladaný projekt je v súlade s PHSR a ÚPD obcí Petrovany a Kendice. (Slovak)
