The provision of field care services is one of the most important tools to help ensure that citizens remain in the natural home environment in accordance with the principles applied in international human-law documents, but also with the principles of the EU on the development of citizen-centred social services and the strategic documents of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. It is a service of general economic interest according to Commission Decision No 2012/21/EU of 20 December 2011. This is a direct assistance to the client in dealing with an unfavourable social situation due to an unfavourable state of health or due to reaching retirement age. In view of the consequences of ageing populations, coupled with an increasing survival age, coupled with an increase in the number of older people dependent on social care, it is necessary to create conditions for the availability and sustainability of such care. The aim of the project is to promote the sustainability and availability of help to help others help self-service, including by supporting research into new aid tools and systemic solutions, following an ageing population and the ensuing consequences. The main activity of the project is to support the development and availability of field care services in Senec. The target group of the project is:- children and natural adults to whom social services are provided – employees implementing social inclusion policies and measures in the public and non-public sector. A measurable indicator is the number of supported capacities of new innovative services or measures at community level, in a home environment, in an open environment, or in a replacement environment after the end of the project. The project will involve 15 full-time workers – carers performing qualifications for an employment contract based on an employment contract. The project will be implemented in Senec.
