O φορέας της επένδυσης είναι μια υπό σύσταση εταιρεία, η οποία σκοπό έχει ίδρυση μονάδας επιπλωμένων κατοικιώνμε κοινόχρηστες κολυμβητικές δεξαμενές κατηγορίας 3 κλειδιών.
