The main objective of the project is to improve the learning outcomes of pupils at risk of school failure through newly created jobs due to problems in learning, behaviour or health problems. Main activities of the project:1, creation of 3 jobs for assistant teachers2, creation of an inclusive team: social educator for 0.5 working time and special teacher for 1 working time In view of the specific objective of the OP, the main activities were also selected: Assistants found and created an inclusive team. The aim of these activities is to achieve the OP’s specific objectives by means of selected measurable project indicators. The main activity of the project is to focus on the activity of teachers’ assistants. An integral part of the educational process is the teacher’s assistant, who is assigned to pupils with SCE and CSR, whose diagnosis is particularly necessary. The activities of the assistant are focused on immediate assistance and cooperation with the teacher in the classroom, facilitating the adaptation of the child and helping to overcome barriers. The second main activity will focus on the activities of the inclusive team – social pedagogue and special pedagogue. Social educator carries out professional activities in the context of prevention, intervention and counselling especially for children and pupils at risk of socio-pathological phenomena, from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, drug addicts or otherwise disadvantaged children and pupils, their legal representatives and teaching staff of schools and school facilities.Special educator directly participates in the education and education of the pupil with health disadvantages in mainstream school. . Where necessary, it cooperates with other advisory institutions, in particular the centre of special pedagogical counselling, the centre of pedagogical and psychological counselling, as well as doctors. All of these activities respond to the needs of pupils with SVET. From a temporal point of view, the project will be implemented by 09/2017-08/2020. The timeline of the project was set with regard to the effective spending of funds on individual activities in order to successfully implement the main outputs of the project. The school has its own premises with adequate material and technical security for project implementation, i.e. its own premises and sufficient material and technical security for the implementation of activities and also for project management due to the nature of the project. Throughout the project implementation period, the applicant will benefit from the possibility to apply indirect expenditure at a flat rate in order to facilitate the implementation of the project. The main activities are intended to fulfil the specific objective of the OP: 1.1.1 Increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and improve the outcomes and competences of children and pupils. The school has full support from the founder, for which we also agree to participate in the project. All activities to improve school status are welcome, the financial situation of the school is better from year to year, with an increase in the number of pupils. The city as a founder fully supports the school and, if necessary, the co-financing meets. All newly recruited school staff under the project will have employment contracts in place. Hlavným cieľom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepšiť študijné výsledky žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Hlavné aktivity projektu:1, vytvorenie 3 pracovných úväzkov pre asistentov uciteľa2, vytvorenie inkluzívneho tímu: sociálny pedagóg na 0,5 pracovného úvazku a špeciálny pedagóg na 1 pracovný úväzok S ohľadom na špecifický cieľ OP boli zvolené aj hlavná aktivity: Asistenti ucitela a vytvorenie inkluzívneho tímu. Cieľom týchto aktivít je prostredníctvom zvolených merateľných ukazovateľov projektu naplniť špecifický cieľov OP. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je zameranie sa na činnosť asistentov učiteľa. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou výchovnovzdelávacieho procesu je asistent učiteľa, ktorý je pridelený k žiakom so ŠVVP a SZP, ktorých diagnózy si to osobitne vyžadujú. Aktivity asistenta sú zamerané na bezprostrednú pomoc a spoluprácu s učiteľom v triede, uľahčovanie adaptácie dieťaťa a pomoc pri prekonávaní bariér. Druhá hlavná aktivita bude zameraná na činnosť inklúzívneho tímu - sociálneho pedagóga a špeciálneho pedagoga. Sociálny pedagóg vykonáva odborné činnosti v rámci prevencie, intervencie a poskytovania poradenstva najmä pre deti a žiakov ohrozených sociálno-patologickými javmi, zo sociálne znevýhodneného prostredia, drogovo závislých alebo inak znevýhodnených deťom a žiakom, ich zákonných zástupcov a pedagogických zamestnancov škôl a školských zariadení.Špeciálny pedagóg sa priamo podieľa na výchove a vzdelávaní žiaka so zdravotným znevýhodnením na bežnej škole. . Podľa potreby spolupracuje s ostatnými poradenskými inštitúciami, predovšetkým s centrom špeciálno-pedagogického poradenstva, centrom pedagogicko – psychologického poradenstva, prípadne aj s lekármi. Všetky tieto aktivity reagujú na potreby žiakov so ŠVVP. Z časového hľadiska bude projekt realizovaný v termíne 09/2017-08/2020. Časový harmonogram projektu bol nastavený s ohľadom na efektívne vynaloženie finančných prostriedkov na jednotlivé aktivity s cieľom úspešné realizovať hlavné výstupy projektu. Škola má vlastné priestory s adekvátnym materiálno-technickým zabezpečením pre realizáciu projektu, teda vlastné priestory a dostatočné materiálno-technické zabezpečenie pre realizáciu aktivít a taktiež pre riadenie projektu vzhľadom na charakter projektu. Počas celej doby realizácie projektu bude žiadateľ využívať možnosť uplatňovať si nepriame výdavky paušálnou sadzbou kvôli jednoduchšiemu implementovaniu projektu. Zámerom hlavných aktivít je naplniť špecifický cieľ OP: 1.1.1 Zvýšiť inkluzívnosť a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepšiťvýsledky a kompetencie detí a žiakov. Škola má plnú podporu od zriaďovateľa, na čo máme aj súhlas so zapojením sa do projektu. Všetky aktivity nazískanie lepšieho postavenia školy sú vítané, finančná situácia školy je z roka na rok lepšia, s čím súvisí aj nárast počtu žiakov. Mesto ako zriaďovateľ plne podporuje školu a v prípade potreby spolufinancovania vychádza v ústrety. Všetci novoprijatí zamestnanci školy vrámci projektu budú mať vytvorené pracovné zmluvy. (Slovak)
