| Property / summary: iadatež mesto Zvolen prostredníctvom predkladaného projektu iada o nenávratný finančný príspevok na vypracovanie lokálnej nízkouhlíkovej stratégie a jej súčastí ako výstupného dokumentu projektu. Realizáciou projektu získa mesto Zvolen kvalitne vypracovaný dokument lokálnu nízkouhlíkovú stratégiu, so získavaním a spracovaním podkladov o dostupných formách vyuitežnej energie, čo zahŕňa o. i. prípravu podkladových materiálov, doplnkových analýz, spracovanie pecifických údajov a podobne. Počet obyvatežov pre ktorých bude lokálna nízkouhlíková stratégia vypravovaná je cca 43 tisíc obyvatežov mesta. Dokument bude prioritne zameraný na nízkouhlíkové opatrenia najmä na energetickú efektívnos, vyuívanie OZE s ohžadom na ochranu ivotného prostredia, najmä v súvislosti s produkciou emisií skleníkových plynov a emisií znečisujúcich látok do ovzduia. Súčasou NÚS bude aj aktualizácia Koncepcia rozvoja mesta Zvolen v tepelnej energetike. Finálny dokument bude podlieha schvažovaniu relevantnými orgánmi. Predkladaný projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom 1 hlavnej aktivity s názvom Vypracovanie a implementácia nízkouhlíkových stratégií pre vetky typy území, najmä pre mestské oblasti vrátane aktualizácie a implementácie koncepcií rozvoja obcí v oblasti tepelnej energetiky a podporných aktivít. | Property / summary: The municipality of Zvolen, through the present project, has a non-refundable financial contribution to develop a local low carbon strategy and its components as an output document of the project. By implementing the project, the city of Zvolen obtains a well-prepared document with a local low-carbon strategy, with the acquisition and processing of documents on available forms of useful energy, which includes, inter alia, preparation of background materials, additional analyses, processing of specific data, etc. The number of inhabitants for which a local low-carbon strategy will be conducted is about 43 thousand inhabitants of the city. The document will focus as a priority on low-carbon measures, in particular on energy efficiency, the use of RES with a view to protecting the environment, in particular in relation to greenhouse gas emissions and emissions of pollutants into the air. Current NÚS will also be updating the concept of development of the city of Zvolen in thermal energy. The final document will be subject to consideration by the relevant authorities. The present project will be implemented through 1 main activity entitled “Developing and implementing low-carbon strategies for all types of territories, in particular for urban areas, including updating and implementation of concepts for the development of municipalities in the field of thermal energy and supporting activities”.
