The project is situated in Lipany, located in the Prešov Self-Governing Region, Sabinov district. The city has a relatively high population in a socially excluded community (2013: The Atlas of Roma Communities – 11.1 %) concentrated in one place, in the location “Beyond the Track”. The Roma community lives in this locality, which differs significantly from the majority population of the city in the way of life, but also the level of education and employment. There is an increased risk of conflict situations and illegal activities within this group of residents of the city of Lipany. Therefore, the city also pays more attention to this group of citizens and is the target group of the project. Objectives projektu:Riešenie safety directly in the area behind the track, but also directly in the city. Specific objectives: Integration of the target population into the labour market within the city.Improving the social situation of individuals, families with a focus on increasing activities and taking responsibility from solving their situation.Reducing and eliminating negative effects threatening the psychological, physical and social development of a child or adult natural person in their natural environment. Project activities: Support for the comprehensive provision of the local civic order service in Lipany, support for the systematic provision of social and assistance services in Lipany aimed at increasing the employability of people living in the MRK environment.Measurable indicators P0885 – Number of staff providing assistance services: 8 P0886 – Number of employees from MRC providing assistance services: 8 (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt je situovaný v meste Lipany, ktoré sa nachádza v Prešovskom samosprávnom kraji, v okrese Sabinov. V meste žije pomerne vysoký počet obyvateľov v sociálne vylúčenom spoločenstve (r. 2013: Atlas rómskych komunít - 11,1%) sústredenom na jednom mieste, v lokalite „Za traťou“. V tejto lokalite žije rómska komunita, ktorá sa výrazne odlišuje od majoritného obyvateľstva mesta spôsobom života, ale aj úrovňou vzdelania a zamestnania. V rámci tejto skupiny obyvateľov mesta Lipany je zvýšené riziko konfliktných situácii a nelegálnej činnosti. Preto tejto skupine občanov mesto venuje aj viac pozornosti a sú cieľovou skupinou daného projektu. Ciele projektu:Riešenie bezpečnosti priamo v lokalite Za traťou, ale aj priamo v meste. Špecifické ciele: Integrácia cieľovej skupiny obyvateľstva na trh práce v rámci mesta.Zlepšenie sociálnej situácie jednotlivcov, rodín so zameraním na zvýšenie aktivít a na preberanie zodpovednosti z riešenie svojej situácie.Obmedzenie a odstránenie negatívnych vplyvov ohrozujúcich psychický, fyzický a sociálny vývin dieťaťa alebo plnoletej fyzickej osoby v ich prirodzenom prostredí.
