Το έργο αφορά την Κεντρική Μονάδα (ΚΜ) Περιφέρειας Δυτικής Μακεδονίας που δημιουργείται με τη σύμπραξη Κέντρου Θεραπείας Εξαρτημένων Ατόμων (ΚΕΘΕΑ) και του Οργανισμού Κατά των Ναρκωτικών (ΟΚΑΝΑ) θα πραγματοποιεί παρεμβάσεις των παρακάτω τύπων:- Ενημέρωση της Ομάδας Στόχου των Κέντρων Πρόληψης σε εξειδικευμένα θέματα αντιμετώπισης της εξάρτησης. - Παραπομπές από τα Κέντρα Πρόληψης ατόμων που το είδος ή η βαρύτητα της εξάρτησης δεν ευνοεί την αντιμετώπιση τους από τα Κέντρα. - Υποστήριξη των Κέντρων Πρόληψης σε θέματα ψυχικής και σωματικής υγείας με βάση την δικτύωση με Υπηρεσίες Υγείας. Η ΚΜ Δυτ. Μακεδονίας θα λειτουργεί σε δίκτυο με τις υφιστάμενες Υπηρεσίες κατά των εξαρτήσεων στην Περιφέρεια αλλά και με τις υπόλοιπες δομές υγείας/ κοινωνικής φροντίδας (Νοσοκομεία, Κέντρα Υγείας, Κέντρα Ψυχικής Υγείας, Κοινωνικές Υπηρεσίες Δήμων, Κοινωνικά Ιατρεία κ.α). Επιπλέον θα συνεργάζεται και με Υπηρεσίες που εμπλέκονται στην συνολικότερη αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος της εξάρτησης όπως Υπηρεσίες Παροχής Εκπαίδευσης, Δικαστικές Υπηρεσίες, Σωφρονιστικά Καταστήματα κ.α. The project concerns the Central Unit of the Region of Western Macedonia created by the partnership of the Centre for the Treatment of Dependants (KETHEA) and the Organisation Against Drugs (OKANA) will carry out interventions of the following types:- Update the target group of Prevention Centres on specific issues of dealing with dependence. — References from the Centres for Prevention of persons whose type or gravity of dependence does not favour their treatment by the Centres. — Support of the Centers for Prevention in matters of mental and physical health based on networking with Health Services. Western Macedonia will operate in a network with the existing Anti-dependencies Services in the Region as well as with other health/social care structures (Hospitals, Health Centres, Mental Health Centres, Municipal Social Services, Social Clinics, etc.). In addition, it will also work with Services involved in the overall confrontation of the problem of dependence such as Training Services, Judicial Services, Correctional Branches, etc. (English)
