Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza reconversia functionala a terenurilor si suprafetelor degradate in scopul revitalizarii mediului urban al Municipiului Targoviste, reducerii poluarii aerului si cresterea oportunitatilor de agrement si petrecere a timpului liber pentru locuitorii municipiului. Prin obiectivele sale specifice, privind reconversia terenurilor degradate si crearea unor facilitate moderne de recreere, proiectul propus isi propune sa contribuie la atingerea obiectivelor specifice ale Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, axa prioritara 4, Prioritatea de investitii “4.2, Realizarea de actiuni destinate îmbunatatirii mediului urban, revitalizarii oraselor, regenerarii si decontaminarii terenurilor industriale dezafectate (inclusiv a zonelor de reconversie), reducerii poluarii aerului si promovarii masurilor de reducere a zgomotului”. In conformitate cu Documentul Justificativ pentru Finantarea din fonduri ESI 2014-2020 elaborat la nivelul Autoritatii Urbane constituit la nivelul Municipiului Targoviste, prezentul proiect este complementar cu alte investitii ce urmeaza a fi realizate la nivelul UAT Municipiul Targoviste, axa prioritara 4, Prioritatea de investitii “4.2,dupa cum urmeaza: - Amenajare parc public de agrement si loisir UM Gara - Reconversia si refunctionalizarea terenului din vecinatatea Complexului Turistic de Natatie Targoviste prin crearea de facilitati de recreere – Etapa I (Romanian)

The general objective of the project aims at the functional reconversion of degraded lands and areas in order to revitalise the urban environment of Targoviste, reduce air pollution and increase leisure and leisure opportunities for the inhabitants of the city. Through its specific objectives, regarding the conversion of degraded lands and the creation of modern recreation facilities, the proposed project aims to contribute to the achievement of the specific objectives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 4, Investment Priority “4.2, Delivering actions aimed at improving the urban environment, revitalising cities, regenerating and decontaminating brownfields (including reconversion areas), reducing air pollution and promoting noise reduction measures”. In accordance with the Justification Document for Financing from ESI Funds 2014-2020 drawn up at the level of the Urban Authority established at the level of Targoviste Municipality, this project is complementary to other investments to be made at the level of the ATU Targoviste Municipality, Priority Axis 4, Investment Priority "4.2, as follows: — Arrangement of the public leisure park and UM Loisir Railway Station – Reconversion and refunctionalisation of the land in the vicinity of the Targoviste Nationality Tourist Complex by creating recreation facilities – Stage I (English)
