OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului il reprezinta dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale a 750 persoane care doresc sa dezvolte o activitate independenta, precum si subventionarea a 90 de planuri de afaceri in vederea cresterii ocuparii persoanelor din regiunea Nord-Est prin sustinerea infiintarii intreprinderilor cu profil nonagricol in zonele urbane ale regiunii pe perioada proiectului. Prin ob gen al proiectului se urmareste formarea in antreprenoriatat a 750 persoane care doresc sa demareze o activitate independenta, dintre care - persoane care beneficiaza de sprijin, din care: - Angajati, inclusiv persoane care desfasoara o activitate independenta – 345 persoane; persoane care beneficiaza de sprijin: 290 persoane; persoane care beneficiaza de sprijin, din care: - Someri si inactivi: 115 persoane, conform sectiunii grup tinta din ghidului solicitantului conditii specifice si sectiunii indicatori prestabiliti de realizare din sistemul informatic MySMIS2014. Pe durata cursului de formare antreprenoriala, participantii vor lucra efectiv la dezvoltarea propriilor idei de afaceri si elaborarea planului de afaceri. Planurile de afaceri astfel dezvoltate vor intra intr-un concurs de idei de proiecte. Cele mai bune 90 idei de afaceri vor fi selectate printr-un proces deschis si transparent, raportat la strategiile regionale, si in acord cu sectoarele identificate ca fiind competitive. La concursul de planuri de afaceri se pot inscrie si pers care nu participa la programul de formare, dar care fac parte din categoria de grup tinta eligibil vizat de prezentul apel de proiecte si care depun un plan de afaceri in domenii nonagricole in zone urbane la temenele si in conditiile prevazute de proiect. Planurile de afaceri selectate vor primi subventii in valoare de maxim 178.340 RON (echiv a max. 40.000 euro). Castigatorii vor beneficia de servicii de sprijin in dezvoltarea afacerilor prin intermediul stagiilor de practica intern si international, activitatiilor de consiliere si consultanta antreprenoriala, mentorat, schimburi de exp, precum si a HUB-ului dezvoltat in cadrul proiectului in SUCEAVA.Partenerii vizeaza in proiect o abordare integrata, care se bazeaza pe urmatoarele componente complementare: informare, plan de dezvoltare, formare a viitorilor antreprenori, incurajarea antreprenorialului prin servicii suport in dezvoltarea unui plan de afaceri si asistenta financiara, consiliere si monitorizare pentru infiintare si dezvoltare, schimb de experienta internationala precum si pentru sustenabilitate. Solicitantul si partenerii acestuia si-au propus sa contribuie la dezvoltarea economiei la nivel regional si local prin dezvoltarea unui mediu de afaceri competitiv si stimularea gradului de ocupare pe cont propriu. The GENERAL objective of the project is to develop the entrepreneurial skills of 750 people who want to develop an independent activity, as well as to subsidise 90 business plans in order to increase the employment of people from the North-East region by supporting the establishment of non-agricultural enterprises in urban areas of the region during the project period. Through the project, we aim to train 750 people in entrepreneurship who want to start an independent activity, of which – people who benefit from support, of which: Employees, including persons carrying out an independent activity – 345 persons; supported persons: 290 persons; persons receiving support, of which: — Unemployed and inactive: 115 persons, according to the target group section of the applicant’s guide, specific conditions and the predetermined output indicators section of the MySMIS2014 IT system. During the entrepreneurial training course, the participants will actually work on developing their own business ideas and developing the business plan. The business plans thus developed will enter a contest of project ideas. The 90 best business ideas will be selected through an open and transparent process, relative to regional strategies, and in line with the sectors identified as competitive. At the contest of business plans can be registered and pers. who do not participate in the training program, but are part of the category of eligible target group covered by this call for projects and who submit a business plan in non-agricultural fields in urban areas at the terms and conditions stipulated by the project. The selected business plans will receive grants of maximum RON 178.340 (equivalent to max. EUR 40,000). The winners will benefit from support services in business development through intern and international internships, entrepreneurial counseling and consultancy activities, mentoring, exp exchanges, as well as HUB developed within the project in SUCEAVA. The partners aim in the project for an integrated approach, based on the following complementary components: information, development plan, training of future entrepreneurs, encouragement of entrepreneurship through support services in the development of a business plan and financial assistance, counselling and monitoring for establishment and development, exchange of international experience as well as for sustainability. The applicant and its partners have aimed to contribute to the development of the economy at regional and local level by developing a competitive business environment and stimulating the employment rate on their own.
