Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie accesarea oportunitatilor de dezvoltare profesionala si cresterea participarii la programele de formare profesionala continua pentru angajati adulti (inclusiv PFA si intreprinderi individuale), cu accent pe acei adulti cu un nivel scazut de calificare si persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, din regiunea Centru, judetele Brasov, Covasna, Sibiu, Harghita, Mures, Alba, prin oferirea serviciilor integrate de masuri active si personalizate de ocupare, cuprinzand servicii de informare si consiliere profesionala, tutorat, programe de formare profesionala (calificare/initiere/specializare) , actiuni de evaluare, recunoastere si validare a rezultatelor invatarii dobandite in contexte non-formale si informale. Prezentul proiect are drept scop pe termen lung introducerea unor elemente integrate inovatoare in domeniul ocuparii/recalificarii/progresului in cariera, prin corelarea cererii si ofertei pietei fortei de munca, ce vor facilita integrarea grupului tinta pe o piata a muncii competitive si in continua schimbare. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea Obiectivului Specific „6.12. - Cresterea participarii la programele de formare profesionala continua, cu accent pe acei adulti, cu un nivel scazut de calificare si persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoasterea si certificarea rezultatelor invatarii dobandite in contexte non-formale si informale” al al AP 6/ PI 10.iii., obiectivului general si a celor 8 obiective specifice prin intermediul a 41 de programe de formare de calificare, servicii de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale obtinute pe alte cai decat cele formale, servicii de informare si consiliere profesionala, tutorat, campanii de informare si constientizare, o serie de seminarii pe tema nediscriminarii, precum si prin organizarea unui hub de inovare sociala (workshopuri si ateliere de bune practici) pentru promovarea unei retele de parteneriate sociale ce va conduce la dezvoltarea, transferul si/sau punerea in aplicare a unor practici inovatoare, precum si punerea in aplicare a initiativelor comune de promovare a cooperarii, a activitatilor de invatare reciproca, promovarea accesului la instruire si calificare, invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii, pentru toti, combaterea discriminarii si a schimburilor de experienta la nivel organizatoric local, regional, national sau european, cu rol de a spijini angajatii adulti, in progresul intr-o ocupatie, adaptarea la o ocupatie care se modifica, schimbarea ocupatiei sau orice alte probleme legate de o profesie. Aceste activitati sunt dedícate unui grup de 604 angajati adulti, (din care 183 persoane cu nivel scazut de calificare, persoane din mediul rural, persoane cu varsta peste 40 de ani), cu accent pe acei adulti cu un nivel scazut de calificare si persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale, defavorizate, din regiunea Centru, judetele Brasov, Covasna, Si (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to access the opportunities for professional development and to increase participation in continuous professional training programs for adult employees (including PFA and individual enterprises), with a focus on those adults with a low level of qualification and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas, in the Centre region, Covasna, Covasna, Sibiu, Harghita, Mures, Alba, by offering integrated active and personalised employment measures services, including professional information and counselling services, tutoring, professional training programs (qualification/initiation/specialisation), actions for evaluation, recognition and validation of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts. This project aims in the long term to introduce innovative integrated elements in the field of employment/reskilling/progress in careers, by matching the labour market demand and supply, which will facilitate the integration of the target group into a competitive and constantly changing labour market. The project contributes to the achievement of the Specific Objective "6.12. — Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programs, with a focus on those adults, with a low level of qualification and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas, including through the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts" of AP 6/PI 10.iii., the general objective and the 8 specific objectives through 41 qualification training programmes, assessment and certification services of professional competences obtained on ways other than formal ones, professional information and counselling services, tutoring, information and awareness campaigns, a series of seminars on non-discrimination, as well as by organising a social innovation hub (workshops and good practice workshops) to promote a network of social partnerships that will lead to the development, transfer and/or implementation of innovative practices, as well as the implementation of joint initiatives to promote cooperation, mutual learning activities, promotion of access to training and qualification, lifelong learning for all, combating discrimination and exchange of experience at local, regional, national or European organisational level, with the role of supporting adult employees, in progressing in an occupation, adapting to a changing occupation, changing occupation or any other problems related to a profession. These activities are dedicated to a group of 604 adult employees (out of which 183 people with low level of qualifications, people from rural areas, people over 40 years old), with an emphasis on those adults with a low level of qualification and people over 40 years old, from rural, disadvantaged areas, in the Centre region, Brasov counties, Covasna, Si (English)
