Îmbunătățirea metodelor de monitorizare a stării de sănătate a pacienților prin realizarea unui sistem integrat portabil de monitorizare a pacienților prin telemedicina, denumit iSense, în colaborare în cadrul unui cluster IT ICONIC. Sistemul integrat va fi compus dintr-un ansamblu de senzori și o platformă ce preiau, respectiv interpretează parametrii biomedicali ai pacienților și notifica furnizori de servicii medicale sau aparținători ai pacienților când se ating anumite praguri de alertă. Datele sunt accesibile pe web și de pe device-uri mobile. Adițional datele sunt stocate conform GDPR pentru analize și studii ulterioare. Crearea sistemului integrat se va realiza prin extinderea capacitatilor de cercetare-dezvoltare-inovare ale beneficiarilor/aplicanților, sistemul integrat rezultat în urma cercetării-dezvoltării având menirea să contribuie și la cresterea competitivitatii economice a aplicanților prin dezvoltarea de produse noi, inovative. Proiectul va fi realizat in parteneriat cu o societate din clusterul IT ICONIC, infrastructura rezultata urmand a fi exploatata de ambii parteneri, in cadrul aceluiasi cluster. (Romanian)

Improving the methods of monitoring the health status of patients by developing an integrated portable patient monitoring system through telemedicine, called iSense, in collaboration within an ICONIC IT cluster. The integrated system will be composed of a set of sensors and a platform that takes over and interprets the biomedical parameters of patients and notify healthcare providers or patients’ care when certain alert thresholds are reached. The data is accessible on the web and from mobile devices. In addition, the data is stored according to GDPR for further analysis and studies. The creation of the integrated system will be achieved by expanding the R & D and innovation capacities of the beneficiaries/applicants, the integrated system resulting from the R & D aiming to contribute to the economic competitiveness of applicants by developing new, innovative products. The project will be realised in partnership with a company from the IT cluster ICONIC, the resulting infrastructure being exploited by both partners, within the same cluster. (English)
