Obiectivul general al proiectului este cel de creare a unei noi unitati de servicii de executie lucrari de pregatirea a terenului (amplasamente pentru constructii de cladiri rezidentiale si nerezidentiale - birouri; spatii comerciale; spatii industriale si logistice; hoteluri) in cadrul intreprinderii Seven Construct SRL, prin achizitia de utilaje si dotari de constructii, care sa ii permita executia unui volum semnificativ de lucrari de pregatire a terenului de inalta calitate, ca raspuns la oportunitatile prezentate de piata regionala. Cu acest obiectiv, proiectul propus va contribui la realizarea obiectivelor Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020 si anume dezvoltarea IMM-ului Seven Construct SRL care va imbunatati capacitatea avansata de dezvoltare a serviciilor, in acest caz, de executie amplasamnete constructii rezidentiale si nerezidentiale, din zona de Sud-Est a Romaniei, astfel participand la cresterea competitivitatii Regiunii de dezvoltare Sud-Est. Seven Construct SRL isi va dezvolta, astfel, pozitia pe piata prin consolidarea si perfectionarea activitatilor de constructii deja oferite partenerilor, persoane fizice si juridice – care ii va conferi un avantaj competitiv important – acela de a oferi o gama de servicii performante, unice la nivelul judetului Tulcea. Prin aceasta se doreste atat acoperirea pietei locale tulcene, a celei regionale – judetul Constanta, cat si internationalizarea, prin targetarea pietelor din tarile vecine, Bulgaria, Republica Moldova, etc. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to create a new unit of execution services for land preparation works (locations for residential and non-residential buildings – offices; commercial spaces; industrial and logistical spaces; hotels) within Seven Construct SRL, through the acquisition of construction equipment and equipment, which will allow it to execute a significant volume of high-quality land preparation works, in response to the opportunities presented by the regional market. With this objective, the proposed project will contribute to achieving the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, namely the development of the SME Seven Construct SRL that will improve the advanced capacity to develop services, in this case, for execution of residential and non-residential constructions in the South-East region of Romania, thus participating in increasing the competitiveness of the South-East Development Region. Seven Construct SRL will thus develop its position on the market by consolidating and perfecting the construction activities already offered to partners, natural and legal persons – which will give it an important competitive advantage – that of offering a range of performance services, unique at the level of Tulcea County. This aims to cover both the tulcene local market, the regional market – Constanta county, as well as the internationalisation, by targeting the markets in the neighbouring countries, Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova, etc. (English)
