| Property / summary: Predmetom predkladaného projektu je inovácia výrobného procesu v spoločnosti IDONA, spol. s r.o. Spoločnosť sa zaoberá dizajnom a výrobou nábytku a interiérového vybavenia pre subjekty štátneho, verejného a súkremného sektora.Inovácia výrobného procesu prebehne prostredníctvom obstarania piatich inovatívnych technológií a ich zavedením do ostrej výrobnej prevádzky v spoločnosti.Jedná sa o zariadenia: 1. Olepovačka hrán2. 5-osé CNC3. Širokopásová brúska4. Hranová brúska5. Vákuový lisDodávatelia všetkých zariadení budú vybratí na základe výsledkov verejného obstarávania, ktoré bolo vyhlásené pred podaním žiadosti o NFP. Projekt bude realizovaný v areáli spoločnosti IDONA, spol. s r.o., Trenčianska cesta 31, 957 01 Bánovce nad Bebravou. Areál je vo výlučnom vlastníctve žiadateľa. Začiatok realizácie projektu bol stanovený na 3/2017 a projekt sa bude považovať za začatý dňom vystavenia objednávky víťazovi verejného obstarávania. Koniec realizácie je nastavený na 8/2017 a bude ukončení úspešným spustením všetkých obstaraných zariadení do ostrej prevádzky.Cieľom projektu je zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti prostredníctvom inovácie výrobného procesu. | Property / summary: The subject of the present project is the innovation of the production process at IDONA, spol. s r.o. The company is engaged in the design and production of furniture and interior equipment for entities of the state, public and private sectors. The innovation of the production process will take place through the acquisition of five innovative technologies and their introduction into a sharp production facility in the company. These are devices: 1. Edge sticker2. 5-axis CNC3. Wide band grinder4. Edge grinder5. Vacuum pressSuppliers of all equipment will be selected on the basis of the results of the tender procedure launched prior to the submission of the grant application. The project will be implemented in the area of IDONA, spol. s r.o., Trenčianska cesta 31, 957 01 Bánovce nad Bebravou. The site is wholly owned by the applicant. The start of the implementation of the project was set at 3/2017 and the project will be considered to have started on the day on which the order was issued to the winner of the public procurement. The end of the implementation is set to 8/2017 and will be finished by the successful launch of all purchased equipment into live operation. The aim of the project is to increase competitiveness through the innovation of the production process.
