| Property / summary: Predmetom projektu je inovácia výrobného procesu výroby plastových výrobkov prostredníctvom zakúpenia inovatívnych zariadení a technológií a implementácie inteligentného zberu a spracovania informácií z výrobného procesu pre optimalizáciu riadenia a plánovania, ako aj zabezpečenia kybernetickej bezpečnosti výrobného celku. Hlavným cieľom projektu je „Inteligentná inovácia výrobného procesu výroby plastových výrobkov za účelom zvýšenia jeho efektívnosti, kapacity a kvality výroby a celkovej produktivity práce“. Uvedený hlavný cieľ projektu sa dosiahne prostredníctvom realizácie špecifických cieľov:1. Zvýšenie kvality a jednoduchá automatizácia prípravy vstupného materiálu 2. Zavedenie automatizovanej technológie ultrazvukového zvárania výrobkov3. Zavedenie inteligentného zberu a spracovania dát z výrobného procesu pre optimalizáciu riadenia výrobného procesu4. Zvýšenie kvality výrobkov zavedením robotizácie manipulácie s výrobkom a priemyselného kamerového systému na kontrolu kvality výrobkov5. Automatizácia balenia vybraných výrobkov6. Komplexné zabezpečenie kybernetickej bezpečnosti celého výrobného celku Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je „Podpora inteligentných inovácií„ – prostredníctvom nákupu nových robotizovaných a automatizovaných technológií a implementácii riešení pre inteligentný zber dát a riadenie výrobného procesu Miesto realizácie projektu: Hviezdoslavova 1364/21, 071 01 Michalovce Doba realizácie projektu: 12 mesiacov Realizáciou projektu budú dosiahnuté nasledovné ukazovatele:Počet inovovaných procesov=1Počet podnikov , ktoré dostávajú granty=1 (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The subject of the project is the innovation of the production process of plastic products through the purchase of innovative equipment and technologies and the implementation of intelligent collection and processing of information from the production process to optimise management and planning, as well as to ensure the cybersecurity of the production unit. The main objective of the project is “Smart innovation of the production process of plastic products in order to increase its efficiency, capacity and quality of production and overall labour productivity”. The above-mentioned main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of specific objectives:1. Improvement of quality and easy automation of input material preparation 2. Introduction of automated technology of ultrasonic welding products3. Introduction of intelligent collection and processing of data from the production process to optimise the management of the production process4. Improving product quality by introducing robotisation of product handling and an industrial camera system for product quality control5. Automation of packaging of selected products6.
