| Property / summary: Projekt „Inteligentný a lepší košický samosprávny kraj“ si kladie za cieľ inovačným spôsobom naplniť obsah odpovedajúc ambicióznemu názvu pomocou osvedčených nástrojov na zvyšovanie efektivity fungovania krajskej samosprávy hlavne v prospech obyvateľov a všetkých samospráv. Inteligentnejším v pripravovanom projekte znamená zvýšiť citlivosť administratívnych procesov na rozpoznávanie prichádzajúcich požiadaviek a poskytovať primerane kvalifikovanú odozvu v podobe naplnenia poslania kraja. Lepším znamená merateľne zvýšiť kvalitu poskytovaných služieb občanom a návštevníkom. Inovačným prvkom projektu v oblasti zlepšenia vlastných procesov je kritický pohľad a snaha o radikálnejšiu zmenu (disruptívna inovácia) reagujúc na problémy strategického rozhodovania vo vybraných kompetenčných oblastiach. Zabezpečiť spracovanie vstupných údajov a informácií do rozhodovacieho procesu.Projekt je inovačným projektom z niekoľkých dôvodov. Prvým je, že už samotná výzva je zameraná na využitie najnovších technologických riešení a presadzovanie SMART politík v činnosti kraja. Druhým dôvodom je, že presadzovanie SMART politík sa bude aplikovať prostredníctvom prípravy strategických dokumentov pre všetky VÚC rovnakým spôsobom, čo v konečnom výsledku bude prispievať rozvoju celého Slovenska. | Property / summary: The project “Smart and better Košice Self-Governing Region” aims to fulfil the content in an innovative way, corresponding to the ambitious name using proven tools to increase the efficiency of the operation of the regional self-government mainly for the benefit of residents and all municipalities. Smarter in the upcoming project means increasing the sensitivity of administrative processes to recognise incoming requirements and providing a suitably qualified response in the form of fulfilling the region’s mission. Better means improving the quality of the services provided to citizens and visitors in a measurable way. An innovative element of the project to improve its own processes is a critical view and the pursuit of a more radical change (disruptive innovation) responding to strategic decision-making problems in selected areas of competence. Ensure the processing of input data and information into the decision-making process.The project is an innovative project for several reasons. The first is that the call itself is aimed at using the latest technological solutions and promoting SMART policies in the activities of the region. The second reason is that the enforcement of SMART policies will be applied through the preparation of strategic documents for all VÚCs in the same way, which in the end will contribute to the development of the whole of Slovakia.
