Ciežom projektu je dobudovanie základného diažničného ahu D1, skvalitni podmienky pre medzinárodnú a vnútrotátnu dopravu a zvýi plynulos, kapacitu, rýchlos a zároveň bezpečnos cestnej premávky. Po ukončení výstavby predmetného úseku D1 v dĺke 7,87 km sa vytvoria podmienky k podstatnému odžahčeniu dopravy na ceste I/68 a ceste I/18 (odklon tranzitnej nákladnej aj osobnej dopravy z intravilánu mesta Preov).2. Aktivity projektu sú zamerané na výstavbu diažnic a rýchlostných ciest vrátane privádzačov (TEN-T CORE) s ciežom odstránenia kžúčových úzkych miest na cestnej infratruktúre TEN-T prostredníctvom výstavby nových úsekov diažnic a rýchlostných ciest.3. Miesto realizácie projektu je v Preovskom kraji, v okrese Preov. Diažnica D1 je súčasou TEN-T Core siete, pričom plní významnú vnútrotátnu ako aj medzinárodnú dopravnú funkciu.4. Meratežnými ukazovatežmi predmetného projektu sú:Celková dĺka novovybudovaných ciest v sieti TEN-T (CORE) 7 870 m.Úspora času v cestnej doprave na diažniciach a rýchlostných cestách 34 515 715 eur.Úspora produkcie emisií NO2 (vplyvom výstavby diažnic) 10 ton.Úspora produkcie emisií PM10 (vplyvom výstavby diažnic) 2,4 ton.5. The aim of the project is to complete the basic D1 diažnice ahu, improve conditions for international and national traffic and increase the flow, capacity, speed and at the same time road safety. After the completion of the construction of the D1 section in question in the 7.87 km line, conditions will be created for the substantial relaxation of traffic on road I/68 and road I/18 (departure of transit freight and passenger traffic from Preov intravalve).2. The activities of the project are focused on the construction of distances and expressways, including feeders (TEN-T CORE), with the aim of eliminating key bottlenecks on the TEN-T road infrastructure through the construction of new sections of the diažnice and expressways.3. The place of implementation of the project is in Preov region, Preov district. The D1 diažnica is a part of the TEN-T Core network, with an important national as well as international transport function.4. Measurement indicators of the project sú:Celková of newly built roads on the TEN-T network (CORE) 7870 m.Saving time in road transport at distances and express roads EUR 34 515 715.Saving of NO2 emissions (impact of construction of diažnicas) 10 tonnes.Saving emissions of PM10 (impact of construction of diažnics) 2.4 tons.5.
