| Property / summary: Projekt Prestupné bývanie v obci Bystré bude vykonávaný v súlade s princípmi desegregácie, degetoizácie a destigmatizácie a v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi Udržateľný rozvoj, Rovnosť mužov a žien a Nediskriminácia. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu sú: Zlepšené formy bývania pre obce s prítomnosťou MRK s prvkami prestupného bývania. Toto je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 6.1.1 OP ĽZ, ktorým je rast počtu rómskych domácností s prístupom k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania. Pre túto výzvu je oprávnený nasledovný typ aktivity Podpora programov prestupného bývania v rámci sociálnej mobility a integrácie obyvateľov MRK Podpora bude zameraná na: nadstavbu, stavebné úpravy a rekonštrukciu exxistujúcej budovy, vrátane napojenia objektov na inžinierske siete; zvyšovanie energetickej hospodárnosti budov;vybavenie bytov, výkon činnosti asistenta bývania, vypracovanie dokumentu „Systém bývania s prvkami prestupného bývania“, vypracovanie prípravnej a projektovej dokumentácie a výkon stavebného dozoru. Projekt sa bude realizovať na území obce Bystré a bude zameraný na tieto cieľové skupiny:- príslušníkov a obyvateľov marginalizovaných rómskych komunít- znevýhodnené a sociálne slabšie skupiny obyvateľov Merateľnými ukazovateľmi projektu sú:P0105 Odhadované ročné zníženie emisií skleníkových plynov pri renovovaných budovách - 0P0240 Počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom programov svojpomocnej výstavby obydlí/prestupného bývania - 6P0372 Počet renovovaných domácností so zlepšenou klasifikáciou podľa spotreby energie - 0P0895 Počet novovybudovaných bytových jednotiek pre MRK na zabezpečenie nájomného bývania - 2 (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The project of transferable housing in the village of Bystré will be carried out in accordance with the principles of desegregation, degetoisation and destigmatisation and in accordance with the horizontal principles of Sustainable Development, Equality of Men and Women and Non-discrimination. The main activity of the project is: Improved forms of housing for municipalities with the presence of CLLD with elements of transferable housing. This is in line with specific objective 6.1.1 of the OP HR, which is to increase the number of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions. The following type of activity Support for transferable housing programmes within the framework of social mobility and integration of inhabitants of CLLD is eligible for this call. The support will be aimed at: superstructure, building modifications and reconstruction of exxisting building, including connection of utilities to utilities; improving the energy performance of buildings;equipment of apartments, performance of the activity of housing assistant, drafting of a document “Housing system with elements of transferable housing”, preparation of preparatory and project documentation and performance of construction supervision. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Bystré and will focus on the following target groups:- members and residents of marginalised Roma communities- disadvantaged and socially weaker population groups measurable indicators of the project sú:P0105 Estimated annual reduction of greenhouse gas emissions for renovated buildings – 0P0240 Number of inhabitants of MRC, which improved housing conditions through self-help building/transitional housing programmes – 6P0372 Number of renovated households with improved energy classification – 0P0895 Number of newly built housing units for MRC to provide rental housing – 2 (English) / rank | |||||||||||||||
