| Property / summary: Obec Krulov týmto projektom reaguje na dlhodobo nevyhovujúci stav obecného úradu v obci, ktorá má vysokú energetickú náročnos spôsobenú zlým technickým stavom najmä obalových kontrukcií. Budova je vyuívaná ako Obecný úrad s priestormi na zasadanie, kanceláriami, chodbami a sociálno-hygienickými zariadeniami a archívnymi priestormi v podkroví. V rámci projektu sa plánuje zateplenie fasády, stropu, výplňových kontrukcií a modernizácia technickej a technologickej časti budovy. Nakožko sa jedná o obecnú administratívnu budovu, ciežovou skupinou pre tento projekt sú prioritne obyvatelia obce Krulov, ale aj návtevníci a obchodní partneri, ktorí vyuívajú sluby verejnej správy poskytované obcou. The project plans to insulate the facade, ceiling, filling contrusions and modernisation of the technical and technological part of the building. In addition, it is a municipal administrative building, the target group for this project is primarily residents of the village Krulov, but also visitors and business partners who use the public administration services provided by the municipality.
