Ciežom predkladaného projektu je zvýši sektorové zručnosti zamestnancov spoločnosti MaPeJ s. r. o. - predajní v sektore maloobchod a vežkoobchod s potenciálom k budúcemu odbornému a kariérnemu rastu, ktoré vedie ku zvyšovaniu odbornej a kvalitatívnej úrovne spoločnosti a prístupu ku zákazníkovi . Výsledkom projektu bude skupina 12 osôb, ktoré budú ma zvýšené kompetencie v oblasti obchodu a budú môc by zaradení do pozície , samostatný obchodný predajca, výrobca nami vyrábaných produktov a služieb. Ciežovou skupinou sú zamestnanci našej spoločnosti. Rozvoj zručností umožní kvalitné vypracovanie zručností našich zamestnancov v segmente portfólia, ktorému sa venujeme, skvalitní komunikáciu a odbornú spôsobilos osôb. Zároveň je ciežom našej spoločnosti zavádzanie IKT technológií do procesu technického rozvoja jednotlivých činností a výrobných procesov. Projekt je v súlade so špecifickým ciežom 3.1.2 výzvy - Zlepši prístup na trh práce uplatnením účinných nástrojov na podporu zamestnanosti, vrátane podpory mobility pre získanie zamestnania, samostatnej zárobkovej činnosti a aktivít vo vidieckych oblastiach ako aj v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi udržatežný rozvoj, podpora rovnosti mužov a žien a nediskriminácia, ktoré sú definované v Partnerskej dohode SR na roky 2014 – 2020 a v čl. 7 a 8 všeobecného nariadenia. The objective of the present project is to increase the sectoral skills of the employees of MaPeJ s.r.o. – outlets in the retail and wholesale sector with the potential for future professional and career development, leading to an increase in the professional and qualitative level of the company and access to the customer. The project will result in a group of 12 people who will have increased responsibilities in the field of trade and could be placed in a position, a separate retailer, a manufacturer of products and services produced by us. The core group is the employees of our company. The development of skills will monetise the quality of the skills of our employees in the portfolio segment we are engaged in, improving communication and professional causes of people. At the same time, our company aims to introduce ICT technologies into the process of technological development of individual activities and production processes. The project is in line with specific objective 3.1.2 of the call – Improve access to the labour market by applying effective tools to promote employment, including mobility for employment, self-employment and activities in rural areas, as well as in accordance with the horizontal principles of aggression, promotion of equality between men and women and non-discrimination, as defined in the Partnership Agreement of the Slovak Republic for 2014-2020 and Articles 7 and 8 of the General Regulation.
