| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je zlepi prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi vzdelávacie výsledky a kompetencie iakov v Základnej kole, Alapikola v obci Rimavská Seč.Aktivity projektu, ktorý sa bude realizova v Základnej kole, Alapikola v obci Rimavská Seč, prispejú k pripravenosti iakov na prechod na nadväzujúci stupeň vzdelávania, pripravenosti iakov v základnej kole na strednú a na ich budúce pôsobenie na pracovnom trhu, resp. na prechod na nasledujúci stupeň vzdelávania, a to podporou rovnakého prístupu ku kvalitnému a inkluzívnemu vzdelaniu. pecifická pozornos bude venovaná zlepeniu kolského prospechu iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami a iakov zo sociálne znevýhodneného prostredia v Základnej kole, Alapikola v obci Rimavská Seč, s dôrazom na iakov z marginalizovanej rómskej komunity. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je činnos jedného pedagogického asistenta v Základnej kole, Alapikola v obci Rimavská Seč. Jeho úlohou budú jednotlivé aktivity zamerané na vyrovnávanie znevýhodnenia iakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príleitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, tvorbu, inováciu, realizáciu vzdelávacích programov zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho vzdelávania, aktivity zamerané na vytváranie vhodných podmienok pre spoločné vzdelávanie iakov so VVP a zo SZP s ostatnými iakmi. Zároveň sa bude rozvíja spolupráca s rodičmi a komunitou. Svojou prácou sa bude pedagogický asistent snai o zlepenie kolskej úspenosti iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami prioritne pre marginalizované rómske komunity. Jednotlivé činnosti vykonávané pedagogickým asistentom na Základnej kole, Alapikola v obci Rimavská Seč budú prebieha:vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese,v práci so iakmi vo vožnočasových aktivitách,v spolupráci s rodinou. The main activity of the project is the activity of one pedagogical assistant in the Basic Round, Alapikola in the village of Rimavská Seč. Its role will be the various activities aimed at equalising the disadvantage of the pupils and ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process, creation, innovation, implementation of educational programmes aimed at promoting inclusive education, activities aimed at creating the right conditions for joint education with VET and CSR with others. At the same time, cooperation with parents and the community will be developed. His work will be a pedagogical assistant striving to improve the school’s success of pupils with special educational needs, as a priority for marginalised Roma communities. Individual activities carried out by a pedagogical assistant at the Basic Round, Alapikola in the village of Rimavská Seč will take place: in the educational process, in the work with others in time activities, in cooperation with the family.
