Property / summary: V súčasnej dobe sa čoraz väčí dôraz kladie na zvyovanie kvality výchovy a vzdelávania s dôrazom prípravy iakov pre ich ďalí rozvoj a budúce pracovné príleitosti. Preto sa súčasou práce vetkých zamestnancov koly stala snaha vytvára takú atmosféru a klímu v triede/kole, ktorá pozitívne ovplyvňuje úroveň nadobúdania poznatkov naich zverencov. Týka sa to nielen intaktných iakov, ale aj iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami (VVP). Ak kola nedokáe zabezpeči úpravu podmienok, obsahu, prístupov vo výchove a vzdelávaní pre iakov zo VVP alebo saturáciu potrieb, ktoré vyplývajú z ich vývinu v sociálne znevýhodnenom prostredí (SZP), hrozí týmto iakom zlyhanie, neúspech. Pozitívne ovplyvňovanie začlenených iakov má vplyv na rozvoj ich osobnosti, kompetencií, dosiahnutie primeraného stupňa vzdelania a začlenenia sa do spoločnosti.Predpokladom úspechu vzdelávania iakov so VVP je zabezpečenie kvality a rozsahu odbornej starostlivosti. Preto sa nám javí ako nevyhnutnos zaobstara pre začlenených iakov dostatočný počet odborných zamestnancov participujúcich na výchove a vzdelávaní asistentov učiteža (AU), pedagogických asistentov (PA), či kolského psychológa (kPsych) i kolského peciálneho pedagóga (P). Obsah ich činnosti určuje zákon. Sú nápomocní pri prekonávaní bariér v učení, socializácii, podporujú vytváranie pozitívnej a priaznivej atmosféry v triede/kole s repektovaním osobitostí kadého jednotlivca, akceptujúc peciálne výchovno-vzdelávacie potreby (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

Property / summary: At present, there is an increasing emphasis on improving the quality of education and education, with the emphasis on preparing for their future development and future employment opportunities. Therefore, the time of the work of all employees of the wheel has become an effort to create such an atmosphere and climate in the class/column that positively affects the level of knowledge acquisition of our trustees. This applies not only to intact chicks, but also to students with special educational needs (SEPs). If the rounds fail to provide for the adaptation of conditions, content, approaches in education and training for pupils from VET or the saturation of needs arising from their development in a socially disadvantaged environment (CSR), these are at risk of failure or failure. Positive influence on the inclusion of the pupils has an impact on the development of their personality, competences, the achievement of an adequate level of education and their integration into society. Assuring the quality and scope of professional care is a prerequisite for the success of the education of pupils with VET. Therefore, it seems necessary to provide a sufficient number of professional staff involved in the education and training of teaching assistants (AUs), pedagogical assistants (PAs), school psychologist (kPsych) as well as the P.E. The content of their activities is determined by law. They are instrumental in overcoming barriers in learning, socialisation, promoting the creation of a positive and favourable atmosphere in the class/column with respect to the specificities of each individual, accepting special educational needs (English) / rank | |||||||||||||||
