Property / summary: Sta sa integrovaným, začleneným, ete neznamená inklúziu. Inklúzia nie je stav. Je to spôsob uskutočňovania výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu, v ktorom učitež neustále uvauje nad tým, ako vyhovie potrebám rozvíjania jeho iakov v sústavne sa meniacich podmienkach tak, aby predchádzal zlyhaniu týchto iakov a aby zároveň zabezpečil ich plnohodnotný rozvoj v rámci ich individuálnych moností, ktoré sú u kadého iaka odliné. Predloený projekt má preto za ciež podporou rovnakého prístupu ku kvalitnému a inkluzívnemu vzdelávaniu rozvíja kompetencie a zlepi výsledky iakov koly s osobitým dôrazom na iakov so peciálnymi potrebami, a tak zlepi ich pripravenos na prechod na nadväzujúci stupeň vzdelávania, resp. zlepi pripravenos iakov koly na ich budúce pôsobenie na pracovnom trhu, a tak prispie k napĺňaniu cieža Výzvy aj OP źZ. Činnos piatich nových asistentov učiteža v rámci realizácie prvej aktivity povedie k zabezpečeniu rovnosti príleitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese prijatím opatrení na prekonávanie zdravotných a sociálnych bariér iaka koly a opatrení na podporu činnosti učiteža aj iaka v edukačnom procese. Ďalia aktivita prostredníctvom činnosti nového sociálneho a peciálneho pedagóga povedie k podpore vyrovnávania znevýhodnenia iakov vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese prijatím opatrení v socializačnej a inkluzívnej oblasti a opatrení v oblasti prevencie sociálno-patologických javov.Adresovanou ciežovou skupinou sú iaci Základnej koly, Nám.mladosti 1, ilina, 580 detí vo veku od 6 do 15 rokov, dievčatá aj chlapci pochádzajúci zo iliny a blízkeho okolia, rôzneho socioekonomického pôvodu, s dosiahnutým vzdelaním ISCED 0 a ISCED 1, zdravotne bezproblémoví aj iaci so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami (VVP), kde patria aj iaci so zdravotným znevýhodnením (so zdravotným postihnutím, chorí alebo zdravotne oslabení, s vývinovými poruchami, s poruchou správania). Property / summary: Becoming an integrated, integrated, it does not mean inclusion. Inclusion is not a condition. It is a way of carrying out the educational process, in which the teacher constantly considers how to meet the needs of developing his pupils in constantly changing conditions, so as to prevent the failure of these chicks, while ensuring their full development within their individual possibilities, which are different in each case. The present project therefore aims at promoting equal access to quality and inclusive education to develop competences and poor results of the school with a special focus on those with special needs, thus failing to prepare them for the transition to the next level of education, or failing to prepare them for their future work on the labour market, thus contributing to meeting the objective of the Challenge and OP źZ. The work of the five new assistants in the implementation of the first activity will lead to ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process by taking measures to overcome health and social barriers and measures to support the activity of the teacher and the educational process. Further activity through the activities of the new social and special pedagogue will lead to the promotion of the equalisation of the disadvantage of the educational and educational process by adopting measures in the socialisation and inclusive field and measures in the field of prevention of socio-pathological phenomena. The targeted target group is based on the Basic School, Nám.Youngness 1, ilina, 580 children aged 6-15, girls and boys coming from ilina and nearby surroundings, of various socio-economic backgrounds, with ISCED 0 and ISCED 1 educational attainment, health-free as well as those with special educational needs (VET), where they also belong to those with disabilities (with disabilities, sick or handicapped, developmental disorders, behavioural impairments).
