Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie imbunatatirea competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii la S.C AUTONOVA S.A. in sectorul competitiv identificat in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate, respectiv industria auto si componente. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea: - obiectivelor Programului Operational Regional 2014 -2020 prin cresterea competitivitatii economice a societatilor producatoare de piese si componente aferente industriei auto care contribuie la imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale din Regiunea Nord - Vest prin utilizarea resurselor umane ca potential endogen al regiunii, prin introducerea echipamentelor tehnologice de specialitate in fluxul de productie, cu asigurarea principiilor dezvoltarii sustenabile, utilizarea eficienta a resuselor si valorificarea potentialului de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. - prioritatilor strategice din perioada 2014-2020 ale Strategiei Nationale pentru Competitivitate: Prioritatea 4 “Promovarea celor 10 sectoare de viitor” in sectorul care identifica domeniul de specializare industrie auto si componente cu un rol economic important si cu influenta asupra ocuparii, in urma implementarii proiectului, societatea isi va extinde productia de piese si componente aferente industriei auto. - obiectivelor Strategiei Europa 2020 prin: Crestere economica inteligenta: in urma implementarii proiectului AUTONOVA S.A vizeaza obtinerea unor rezultate superioare celor precedente, atat calitative cat si cantitative, prin consolidarea capacitatii competitive a societatii si prin inovarea/ diversificarea de produs si proces in cadrul societatii, rezultata in urma extinderii capacitatii de productie a unitatii existente. Crestere economica durabila: prin proiect se realizeaza satisfacerea nevoilor prezentului fara a compromite posibilitatea generatiilor viitoare de a-si satisface propriile nevoi, printr-o utilizare judicioasa atat a materialelor, cat si a resurselor naturale minime utilizate. Achizitionarea de utilaje de ultima generatie asigura pe de o parte un consum redus de resurse, iar pe de alta parte reducerea emisiilor poluante. Crestere economica favorabila incluziunii: in urma implementarii proiectului vor fi create 4 noi locuri de munca, avand la baza principiul nediscriminarii si egalitatii de sanse. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to improve economic competitiveness by increasing the productivity of S.C Autonova S.A. in the competitive sector identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness, namely the automotive and components industry. The project contributes to the achievement of: the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 by increasing the economic competitiveness of companies producing parts and components related to the automotive industry that contribute to improving the living conditions of the local and regional communities in the North-West Region by using human resources as endogenous potential of the region, by introducing specialised technological equipment in the production flow, ensuring the principles of sustainable development, efficient use of resources and valorisation of the potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. the strategic priorities of the National Strategy for Competitiveness 2014-2020: Priority 4 “Promoting the 10 sectors of the future” in the sector that identifies the field of specialisation automotive industry and components with an important economic role and influence on occupation, following the implementation of the project, the company will expand the production of parts and components related to the automotive industry. — the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy by: Smart economic growth: following the implementation of the Autonova S.A project aims to achieve higher results than the previous ones, both qualitative and quantitative, by strengthening the competitive capacity of the company and by innovation/diversification of product and process within the company, resulting from the expansion of the production capacity of the existing unit. Sustainable economic growth: the project achieves meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, through a judicious use of both the materials and the minimum natural resources used. The acquisition of state-of-the-art machinery ensures, on the one hand, a reduced consumption of resources and, on the other hand, the reduction of pollutant emissions. Inclusive growth: following the implementation of the project will be created 4 new jobs, based on the principle of non-discrimination and equal opportunities. (English)
