    Stabilirea obiectivului general al proiectului s-a facut in concordanta cu obiectivele POR 2014-2020 ale Axei prioritare 3'' Sprijinirea tranzitiei catre o economie cu emisii scazute de carbon'' Prioritatea de investitii 3.1 ''Sprijinirea eficientei energetice , a gestionarii inteligente a energiei si a utilizarii energiei din surse regenerabile in infrastructurile publice, inclusiv in cladirile publice, si in sectorul locuintelor, Operatiunea C- iluminat public . Proiectul se subscrie obiectivului general al POR 2014-2020 de crestere a competitivitatii economice si de imbunatatire a conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze in mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. Obiectivul general al proiectului :Creșterea eficienței energetice în sistemul de iluminat din Municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea, care să conducă la reducerea consumului de energie și a emisiilor cu efect de seră. Prin proiect se urmărește realizarea unui sistem de iluminat exterior, atât pentru partea carosabilă cât și pentru trotuar, prin care să se asigure confortul luminos al tuturor participanților la trafic:conducători auto, pietoni, bicicliști. Acest lucru se poate realiza, în primul rând, prin utilizarea unor aparate de iluminat destinate iluminatului rutier, performante, caracterizate de o distribuție optimă a intensității luminoase și de utilizarea eficientă a energiei electrice.     The general objective of the project was set in line with the ROP 2014-2020 objectives of Priority Axis 3 "Supporting the transition towards a low carbon economy" Investment Priority 3.1 "Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and renewable energy use in public infrastructures, including in public buildings, and in the housing sector, Operation C- public lighting. The project subscribes to the general objective of ROP 2014-2020 to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. General objective: Energy efficiency in the lighting system in the municipality of Ramnicu Vâlcea, leading to reduced energy consumption and greenhouse emissions. The project aims to create an outdoor lighting system, both for the roadside and for the sidewalk, ensuring the bright comfort of all participants in the trafic:conducători car, pedestrians, cyclists. This can be achieved primarily by the use of high-performance road lighting luminaires characterised by optimal luminous intensity distribution and efficient use of electricity. (English)
