V rámci realizace projektu, která činí období 24 měsíců, bude podpořeno 29 zaměstnanců společnosti ATELIER TSUNAMI s.r.o., jejichž vzdělávací potřeby byly prozkoumány v rámci vstupní analýzy a strategických záměrů naší společnosti.Cílem projektu je dodat jeho účastníkům nové znalosti a inovace v oboru naší činnosti, podpořit jejich osobnostní i profesní rozvoj, což by se mělo pozitivně projevit ve zvýšení odbornosti a výkonnosti našich pracovníků, potažmo pak i celé společnosti.
