Celem głównym proj. jest zdobycie/ uzupełnienie, podniesienie kwalifikacji zaw. istotnych na rynku pracy przez 198os dorosłych (118K+80M) w tym 20% (tj. 40os) ON, w wieku 18 lat i więcej, zarówno pracujących jak i pozostających bez zatrudnienia, które uczą się/ pracują/ zam. w rozum. KC obszar WŚ i nie korzystają z tego samego typu wsparcia w innych proj. współfinansowanych przez UE z EFS i są z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane nabyciem, uzupeł. lub podwyższeniem kwalifik. zaw. poprzez udział w kursach (kończących się formalną oceną i certyfikacją) w okresie realiz. proj. (2020.05.01–2021.08.31), co skutkować będzie m.in poprawą ich sytuacji i konkurencyjności na rynku pracy. W proj. udział wezmą os spełniające kryt. w.w. GD (rekrut. otwarta z zachow. zasady niedyskrymin. i równości szans dostępu K,M i ON). Główne wskaź. rezultatu i produktu to l.os.: *które uzysk. kwalifik. w ramach pozaszk. form kształcenia:159 *uczest. w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w progr.:198 W ramach wsparcia nie przewiduje się szkoleń/doradztwa w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych Rodzaj wsparcia: *kursy zaw. -14 kursów stacjonarnych (11 rodzajów) *egzaminy (formalna ocena i certyfikacja). The main objective of the project is to acquire/complete, improve the qualifications of the relevant labour market by 198os adults (118K+ 80M) including 20 % (i.e. 40os) ON, aged 18 and over, both working and unemployed, who are learning/working in reason. The CC area of the CM and do not benefit from the same type of support in other projects co-financed by the EU from the ESF and are, on their own initiative, interested in acquiring, supplementing or increasing eligibility by participating in courses (ending formal evaluation and certification) during the period of implementation of the project. (2020.05.01-2021.08.31), which will result, inter alia, in improving their situation and competitiveness in the labour market. The project will be attended by persons meeting the WWW GD (recruitment open with non-discriminatory principles and equal opportunities for access by K,M and ON). The main indication of the result and the product is: *who obtain qualifications under other forms of kształcenia:159 *participation in out-of-school forms of education in:198 The support does not provide for training/advice in the field of digital competence Type of support: *include courses. —14 in-patient courses (11 types) *examines (formal evaluation and certification).
