Realizacja projektu będzie polegała na wdrożeniu systemu usprawniającego zarządzanie infrastrukturą drogową. Bazą referencyjną systemu będzie ewidencja dróg i obiektów mostowych. Na bazie tej ewidencji system będzie wspierał procesy związane z: - regulacją stanów prawnych nieruchomości, położonych w pasach drogowych, zapewnienie dostępu do EGiB oraz wykonywanie automatycznych analiz konfliktów własnościowych działek położonych w pasie drogowym, - zarządzaniem majątkiem drogowym poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do informacji jaki był stan majątku na zadany moment w przeszłości, z uwzględnieniem parametrów przestrzennych. Dodatkowo system dostarczy informacje nt. stanu technicznego majątku drogowego, tak by można było planować utrzymanie długoterminowe dróg. - poprawą bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego, poprzez dostarczenie platformy do zarządzania projektami organizacji ruchu drogowego i związanych z nimi aktualizacjami baz danych oznakowania poziomego i pionowego, tak aby stan organizacji ruchu drogowego w terenie oraz w ewidencji posiadał swoje odzwierciedlenie w stosownych dokumentach. - utrzymaniem dróg, poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do kluczowych informacji oraz dostarczeniem narzędzi wspierających realizację tych prac. - obsługą zajęcia pasa drogowego oraz decyzjami lokalizacyjnymi, poprzez dostarczenie narzędzi zapewniających kontrole deklarowanych powierzchni zajęć oraz zapewniających automatyzacje naliczania opłat i wydawania decyzji Dla interesanta system udostępni interaktywne mapy oraz formularze e-usług. Wszystkie elementy projektu realizują założenia SZOOP i wpisują się w typ proj: e-administracji- uproszczenie i zinformatyzowanie procedur zorientowane na użytkownika oraz elektroniczne zarządzanie zasobami i informacja sektora publicznego. Projekt udostępni e-usługi (min. 3 poziom) i informację sektora publicznego. Etapy realizacji projektu: 1) post. przetargowe, 2) dostawa wyposażenia, 3) dostawa oprogramowania wraz z wdrożeniem i zasileniem danymi. (Polish)

The implementation of the project will consist of the implementation of a system to improve road infrastructure management. The reference base of the system will be the records of roads and bridge structures. On the basis of this record, the system will support processes related to: — regulating the legal status of real estate located in the road lanes, ensuring access to the EGiB and carrying out automated analyses of ownership conflicts of land plots located in the road lane, – managing the road property by providing access to information on the state of the estate at a given moment in the past, taking into account spatial parameters. In addition, the system will provide information on the technical condition of the road assets so that long-term maintenance of roads can be planned. — improve road safety by providing a platform for the management of road traffic organisation projects and related updates of the databases for markings horizontal and vertical, so that the state of road traffic organisation in the field and in the records is reflected in the relevant documents. — maintenance of roads, by providing access to key information and providing tools to support the implementation of this work. — handling of road lane classes and location decisions, by providing tools ensuring checks on the declared areas of classes and ensuring automation of the calculation of tolls and issuing decisions For the interested party, the system will provide interactive maps and e-service forms. All elements of the project implement the SZOOP assumptions and fit into the type of project: eGovernment – Simplification and computerisation of user-oriented procedures and electronic management of public sector resources and information. The project will provide e-services (minimum 3 level) and public sector information. Stages of project implementation: 1) post. tender, 2) delivery of equipment, 3) delivery of software with implementation and supply of data. (English)
