projekt obejmuje 2 obszary na terenie Miasta Czechowice-Dziedzice o łącznej powierzchni 8,64 ha, na których zostanie zagospodarowana zieleń miejska oraz powstaną rozwiązania propagujące edukację ekologiczną wśród społeczeństwa. Celem planowanego zadania inwestycyjnego jest stworzenie terenu rekreacyjnego z placami zabaw, reprezentacyjnym stawem, zielenią urządzoną oraz ciągami spacerowymi jako nowej przestrzeni rekreacji dla mieszkańców pobliskich osiedli. W ramach realizacji zadań zaplanowano m.in: Obszar nr 1: Teren przy ul. Królowej Jadwigi Projekt przewiduje uporządkowanie terenu, oświetlenie go, przebudowę i rozbudowę ciągów komunikacji pieszej, zabezpieczenie koryta potoku Młynówka Komorowicka i rowu odwadniającego, a także wprowadzenie elementów małej architektury np.: place zabaw, ławki, pomost oraz elementów rekreacji. Projektowane ukształtowanie zieleni przewiduje nasadzenia drzew, krzewów, traw ozdobnych oraz roślin nadwodnych. Obszar nr 2: Teren przy MOSiR-ze Mają to być ogólnodostępne tereny zieleni urządzonej służące głównie mieszkańcom Gminy. W ramach planowanego zagospodarowania terenu, zaprojektowano nowe tereny zieleni, które z uwagi na swój charakter można podzielić na kilka obszarów funkcjonalnych: 1. Park Główny - Park „Szwajcarska Dolina”; 2. Park nad Strumieniem - Park 'Szwajcarska Dolina”; 3. Polana Piknikowa - Park ‘Szwajcarska Dolina”; 4. Zielona Dolina – tereny o charakterze rekreacyjno – sportowym; 5. Aleja Biegowa – tereny o charakterze rekreacyjno – sportowym. Po zakończeniu realizacji projektu teren będzie w 100 % terenem zieleni. W ramach realizacji niniejszego projektu powstaną nowe tereny zieleni o łącznej powierzchni 8,64 ha, a nowoutworzona powierzchnia biologicznie czynna będzie wynosić: 7,21 ha, tj.: 83,45 %. (Polish)

the project covers 2 areas in the City of Czechowice-Dziedzice with a total area of 8.64 ha, where urban greenery will be developed and solutions will be developed to promote environmental education among society. The aim of the planned investment project is to create a recreational area with playgrounds, a representative pond, greenery and walkways as a new recreation area for residents of nearby settlements. As part of the implementation of the tasks, the following are planned: Area 1: The area at the street. Queen Jadwiga The project provides for ordering the area, illuminating it, rebuilding and expanding pedestrian communication lines, securing the trough of Młynówka Komorowicka stream and drainage ditch, as well as introducing elements of small architecture, e.g.: playgrounds, benches, piers and recreation elements. The design of greenery provides for planting trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses and overwater plants. Area 2: The area at MOSiR-Z They are to be public areas of greenery designed mainly for residents of the Municipality. As part of the planned land development, new green areas have been designed, which, by their nature, can be divided into several functional areas: 1. Main Park – “Swiss Valley” Park; 2. Park on the stream – Park ‘Swiss Valley’; 3. Picnic field – Park ‘Swiss Valley’; 4. Green Valley – recreational and sports areas; 5. Biegowa Avenue – recreational and sporting areas. Once the project is completed, the area will be 100 % green. As part of the implementation of this project, new green areas with a total area of 8.64 ha will be created and the newly created biologically active area will be: 7,21 ha, i.e.: 83.45 %. (English)
