Stimularea dezvoltarii antreprenoriatului si cresterea sustenabila a ocuparii la nivelul regiunilor mai puțin dezvoltate (Centru, Sud-Est, Sud Muntenia, Nord-Est, Nord-Vest, Vest, Sud-Vest Oltenia), prin coordonarea eficienta a activitatilor de formare antreprenoriala pentru diaspora romana - 200 persoane (someri, persoane inactive si persoane angajate din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei si domiciliul/rezidenta in Italia si Spania care doresc sa deschida o afacere in regiunile mai puțin dezvoltate(Centru, Sud-Est, Sud Muntenia, Nord-Est, Nord-Vest, Vest, Sud-Vest Oltenia)), consiliere, consultanta, mentorat si monitorizare, in scopul sprijinirii infiintarii si dezvoltarii a 24 de noi intreprinderi nonagricole in zona urbana, crearea a minim 48 de locuri de munca durabile si asigurarea sustenabilitatii acestora, cu accent pe inovare, dezvoltare durabila si egalitate de sanse. Proiectul va genera EFECTE POZITIVE si BENEFICII nu doar la nivelul grupului tinta ci si la nivelul comunitatilor locale si regionale, stimuland CRESTEREA OCUPARII, CRESTEREA ECONOMIEI LOCALE SI REGIONALE. Marea majoritate a romanilor valorosi au emigrat pentru ca in tara lipseau oportunitatile, perspectivele unui viitor mai bun. Un BENEFICIU major direct pentru GRUPUL TINTA consta in OFERIREA DE OPORTUNITATI DE REINTOARCERE IN TARA pentru romanii din strainatate, prin acordarea de sprijin in initierea si dezvoltarea unei afaceri in Romania-în regiunile mai puțin dezvoltate(Centru, Sud-Est, Sud Muntenia, Nord-Est, Nord-Vest, Vest, Sud-Vest Oltenia).Alte BENEFICII pentru grupul tinta: imbunatatirea competentelor antreprenoriale adaptate la mediul de afaceri romanesc, oferirea resurselor si sprijinului necesar pt initierea si dezvoltarea unei afaceri pana la nivelul de autonomie si competitivitate, sprijin in adaptarea la mediul economic romanesc, in tranzitia de la statutul de angajat la cel de antreprenor, sprijin in transpunerea experientei/abilitatilor /cunostintelor dobandite in strainatate in crearea afacerilor in tara, consolidarea increderii in posibilitatea de a avea succes ca om de afaceri in Romania. Intoarcerea romanilor din diaspora in tara va genera o crestere economica semnificativa la nivel regional si national, cu efect de revigorare economica si aducere a Romaniei la nivelul tarilor europene.Revenirea unor antreprenori romani si investitiile facute de acestia in Romania pot atrage noi investitori straini, marind efectul economic. Astfel, pe termen lung, proiectul va contribui la cresterea din punct de vedere economico-social al regiunilor mai puțin dezvoltate(Centru, Sud-Est, Sud Muntenia, Nord-Est, Nord-Vest, Vest, Sud-Vest Oltenia), determinata de dezvoltarea unor afaceri stabile, innovative, competitive si implicit SCADEREA RATEI SOMAJULUI si CRESTEREA GRADULUI DE OCUPARE LA NIVELUL REGIUNILOR MAI PUȚIN DEZVOLTATE(Centru, Sud-Est, Sud Muntenia, Nord-Est, Nord-Vest, Vest, Sud-Vest Oltenia) prin crearea de noi locuri de munca durabile si de calit (Romanian)

Stimulating entrepreneurship development and sustainable employment growth in less developed regions (Centru, South-East, South Muntenia, North-East, North-West, West, South-West Oltenia), through effective coordination of entrepreneurial training activities for the Romanian diaspora – 200 persons (somers, inactive people and people employed from less developed regions of Romania and residence/residential in Italy and Spain who want to start a business in less developed regions (Centre, South-East, South Muntenia, North-East, North-West, West, South-West Oltenia)), counselling, consulting, mentoring and monitoring, in order to support the establishment and development of 24 new non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area, creating a minimum of 48 sustainable jobs and ensuring their sustainability, with a focus on innovation, sustainable development and equal opportunities. The project will generate POZITIVE EFECTS and BENEFICES not only at the level of the target group but also at the level of local and regional communities, stimulating the growth of employment, the growth of local and regional economics. The vast majority of valuable Romanians emigrated because in the country there were lacking opportunities, prospects for a better future. A direct major benefit for the TINTA GROUP consists of the OFFERATION OF OFFIRATION OF RETAILS IN TARA for Romanians from abroad, by providing support in initiating and developing a business in Romania – in less developed regions (Centru, South-East, South Muntenia, North-East, North-West, West, South-West Oltenia). Other BENEFICIIs for the target group: improving entrepreneurial skills adapted to the Romanian business environment, providing the necessary resources and support for starting and developing a business up to the level of autonomy and competitiveness, support in adapting to the Romanian economic environment, in the transition from employee to entrepreneur status, support in translating experience/abilities/knowledge acquired abroad in business creation in the country, strengthening confidence in the possibility of success as a businessman in Romania. The return of Romanians from diaspora to the country will generate significant economic growth at regional and national level, with an effect of economic revival and bringing Romania to the level of European countries. The return of some Romanian entrepreneurs and their investments in Romania can attract new foreign investors, increasing the economic effect. Thus, in the long term, the project will contribute to the economic and social growth of the less developed regions (Centru, South-East, South Muntenia, North-East, North-West, West, South-West Oltenia), determined by the development of stable, innovative, competitive businesses and implicitly the decrease of unemployment rate and CRESTERATION OF THE GROUP OF THE NIVEL OF THE RIGIONS OF THE PROVELOPMENT (Center, South-East, South Muntenia, North-East, North-West, West, South-West Oltenia) by creating new sustainable and enduring jobs (English)
