Dezvoltarea invatamantului superior in Universitatea din Bucuresti prin orientarea acestuia spre crearea de resurse umane ce pot participa direct sau indirect in sprijinirea sectoarelor economice competitive Obiectivul propus vine in sprijinul realizararii obiectivului specific 10.3 al Axei Prioritare 10 din POR 2014-2020, in sensul ca prin atingerea lui va creste nivelul de educatie a absolventilor invatamantului superior universitar si a formelor de specializare post-universitare in ideea participarii acestora dupa absolvire la activitatea economica, la cresterea productivitatii, la asigurarea mobilitatii fortei de munca, vizandu-se pe termen lung cresterea calitatii vietii si a nivelului de trai in Romania. Obiectivul se inscrie direct pe linia strategiilor de dezvoltare durabila, atat a celor ce vizeaza activitatea economica, cat si a celor care urmaresc o incluziune sociala adecvata si favorabila, fiind una dintre actiunile selectate pentru contracararea tendintelor demografice negative. In subsidiar se urmareste si orientarea actului de invatare catre domenii de varf identificate aproape in toate regiunile tarii ca fiind cele ce pot asigura o dezvoltarea reala, competitiva, in salile corpului de cladire (sali de curs si laboratoare) derulandu-se activitati ce tin de cercetare in domeniile biochimie, biotehnica, stiinta mediului, etc., utilizandu-se facilitatile achizitionate prin proiect, inclusiv activele necorporale (softurile specializate in activitatile de cercetare). In mod direct se urmareste prin proiect imbunatatirea conditiilor de studiu ale studentilor asigurandu-se o calitate ridicata ale acestor conditii, de natura a spori accesul si participarea persoanelor dezavantajate la sistemul de învatamant superior (ex. persoane ce provin din mediul rural, persoane apartinand altor etnii, persoane cu dizabilitati), conditii de natura a veni in sprijinul masurilor de aliniere a invatamantului superior la nevoile pietei muncii. Development of higher education in the University of Bucharest through its orientation towards the creation of human resources that can participate directly or indirectly in supporting competitive economic sectors The proposed objective is to support the achievement of the specific objective 10.3 of Priority Axis 10 of ROP 2014-2020, in the sense that by achieving it will increase the level of education of graduates of higher university education and forms of post-graduate specialisation in the idea of their participation after graduation in economic activity, increasing productivity, ensuring labour mobility, aiming in the long term to increase the quality of life and living standards in Romania. The objective is directly in line with sustainable development strategies, both those aiming at economic activity and those aiming for adequate and favorable social inclusion, being one of the selected actions to counter negative demographic trends. In the alternative, it is also aimed at guiding the learning act towards top areas identified in almost all regions of the country as those that can ensure a real, competitive development, in the halls of the building body (course halls and laboratories) carrying out research activities in the fields of biochemistry, biotechnique, environmental science, etc., using the facilities acquired through the project, including intangible assets (softs specialised in research activities). The project aims directly to improve the study conditions of students, ensuring a high quality of these conditions, of the nature of increasing the access and participation of disadvantaged people to the higher education system (e.g. people coming from rural areas, people belonging to other ethnicities, people with disabilities), conditions of nature to support measures to align higher education with the needs of the labour market.
