Obiectivul general al proiectului propus spre finantare este cresterea eficientei energetice a blocurilor de locuinte din municipiul Bistrita, prin reabilitarea termica a acestora, in vederea reducerii emisiilor de dioxid de carbon si a volumului de energie primara consumata, care corespunde Obiectivului Priorităţii de investiţii 3.1, Operaţiunea A din POR 2014-2020 si anume de „Cresterea eficientei energetice in cladirile rezidentiale, cladirile publice si sistemele de iluminat public, indeosebi a celor care inregistreaza consumuri energetice mari” (Romanian)

The general objective of the project proposed for financing is to increase the energy efficiency of the housing blocks in Bistrita, through their thermal rehabilitation, in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and the volume of primary energy consumed, which corresponds to the Investment Priority Objective 3.1, Operation A of ROP 2014-2020, namely “Increasing energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting systems, especially those who record high energy consumption” (English)
