Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza consolidarea capacitatii de reactie la criza de sanatate publica cauzata de raspandirea virusului SARS-CoV-2 la nivelul SPITALULUI MUNICIPAL "DR. GHEORGHE MARINESCU" TARNAVENI - spital care nu este cuprins in anexa II a OMS nr. 555/2020 dar care a respectat prevederile Anexei I prin instituirea Planului de masuri al Spitalului Municipal „Dr Gheorghe Marinescu” Tarnaveni in contextul epidemiei de coronavirus COVID-19, prin dotarea cu echipamente si aparatura medicala, dispozitive medicale si de protectie medicala, echipamente pentru transport specializat, echipamente si substante pentru decontaminare si suport triaj, necesare pentru asigurarea unui tratament corespunzator pacientilor infectati cu COVID – 19, diminuarea riscului de contaminare a personalului si a pacientilor din cadrul spitalului si pentru limitarea raspandirii virusului, precum si a efectelor extrem de grave ale acestuia asupra populatiei. Din momentul declararii starii de pandemie COVID 19, pana in prezent, in cadrul unitatii au fost internati si tratati un numar de 703 de pacienti suspecti COVID-19 si dintre acestia 82 au fost confirmati pozitiv COVID 19. Pacienti suspecti au fost internati in zonele desemnate in cadrul compartimentului de Boli Infectioase, compartimentul ATI, sectia Psihiatrie, sectia Medicina Interna, sectia Pediatrie si sectia Obstretica-Ginecologie, cazurile pozitive fiind tranferate la clinicile desemante COVID-19 din Targu Mures. Avand in vedere evolutia viruslui COVID-19 din ultimele luni, in Romania si in lume, pentru asigurarea unui tratament corespunzator pacientilor infectati cu COVID – 19, pentru diminuarea riscului de contaminare a personalului si a pacientilor din cadrul spitalului si pentru limitarea raspandirii virusului, precum si a efectelor extrem de grave ale acestuia asupra populatiei, proiectul propus vizeaza: 1. finantarea achizitiilor de echipamente si aparatura medicala, de dispozitive medicale si de protectie medicala, de echipamente si substante pentru decontaminare si suport triaj realizate pana in prezent in contextul COVID-19; 2. achizitionarea de echipamente si aparatura medicala, echipamente pentru transport specializat, echipamente pentru decontaminare si suport triaj pentru compartimentele de Boli Infectioase, ATI, CPU, Psihiatrie, Obstretica-Ginecologie si Pediatrie, pentru laboratoarele de Radiologie si Imagistica si de Analize Medicale dar si pentru celelalte compartimente/sectii, care nu detin aparatura necesara pentru a putea fi tratati pacientii COVID-19; 3. achizitionarea de echipamente de protectie personala (combinezoane de protectie, masti etc) si substante necesare pentru decontaminare / biocide, necesare pentru protectia personalului medical si pacienti. Disponibilitatea echipamentelor medicale in cadrul unitatii dublate de asigurarea necesarului de echipamente si substante specializate de protectie pentru personalul medical si pacienti va asigura atat o capacitate adecvat (Romanian)

The general objective of the project aims to strengthen the response capacity to the public health crisis caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus at the level of the MUNICIPAL SPITAL “DR. Since the declaration of COVID 19 pandemic, a number of 703 suspected COVID-19 patients have been hospitalised and treated so far within the unit, and of these 82 have been positively confirmed COVID 19. Suspect patients were admitted to the designated areas within the compartment of Infectious Diseases, ATI compartment, Psychiatry Department, Internal Medicine Department, Pediatrics Department and Obstretica-Ginecology Department, positive cases being transferred to COVID-19 desement clinics in Targu Mures. Taking into account the evolution of the COVID-19 virus in recent months, in Romania and in the world, in order to ensure appropriate treatment for COVID-19 infected patients, to reduce the risk of contamination of hospital staff and patients and to limit the spread of the virus, as well as its extremely serious effects on the population, the proposed project aims at: 1. financing the procurement of medical equipment and equipment, medical and medical protection devices, equipment and materials for decontamination and triage support made so far in the context of COVID-19; 2. procurement of medical equipment and equipment, specialised transport equipment, equipment for decontamination and triage support for departments of Infectious Diseases, ATI, CPU, Psychiatry, Obstretica-Ginecology and Pediatrics, for Radiology and Imaging and Medical Analyses laboratories, but also for other compartments/sections, which do not have the necessary equipment to be treated with COVID-19 patients; 3. Acquisition of personal protective equipment (protection combinations, masks, etc.) and substances necessary for decontamination/biocides, necessary for the protection of medical personnel and patients. The availability of medical equipment within the unit doubled by providing the necessary equipment and specialised protective substances for medical personnel and patients will ensure both an adequate capacity (English)
