    Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului prin imbunatatirea competentelor si abilitatilor antreprenoriale si sprijinirea infiintarii de noi firme, competitive pe piata. Proiectul isi propune sa raspunda presiunilor crescute de competitivitate ale unui mediu economic national si regional in schimbare, prin facilitarea si incurajarea crearii de noi intreprinderi care sa patrunda in sectoare si domenii inovatoare si emergente de activitate. Astfel, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului tematic nr. 8 al POCU „Promovarea unor locuri de munca durabile si de calitate si sprijinirea mobilitatii lucratorilor” si a Prioritatii de investitii 8.iii “Activitati independente, antreprenoriat si infiintare de intreprinderi, inclusiv a unor microintreprinderi si a unor intreprinderi mici si mijlocii inovatoare”. Proiectul sustine antreprenoriatul ca solutie pentru dezvoltarea unei cariere profesionale pentru toate persoanele, pentru contrabalansarea efectelor negative generate de schimbarile structurale si procesele de reorganizare din industrie si pentru generarea de alternative economice si sociale, pentru imbunatatirea nivelului de trai al unui numar cat mai mare de persoane. Obiectivul general al proiectului corespunde obiectivului general al Strategiei Guvernamentale pentru Dezvoltarea Sectorului IMM si Imbunatatirea Mediului de Afaceri (Orizont 2020), care este reprezentat de crearea unui mediu favorabil afacerilor, initiativei private si spiritului intreprenorial, stimularea infiintarii si dezvoltarii IMM-urilor si sprijinirea cresterii competitivitatii mediului de afaceri autohton pe plan local, regional, national, european si international prin cresterea semnificativa, sub aspect dimensional, sectorial si regional, a soldului net de IMM-uri active economic, dezvoltarea intreprinderilor existente si crearea de noi locuri de munca pana la sfarsitul anului 2020. Proiectul va genera un efect pozitiv pe termen lung prin contributia pe care o are la imbunatatirea flexibilitatii si mobilitatii fortei de munca din regiunea de dezvoltare Nord – Vest, prin promovarea culturii antreprenoriale si prin furnizarea de instrumente specifice, durabile si eficiente, necesare pentru reorganizarea sistemului economic romanesc. Proiectul va crea un context propice aparitiei de noi oportunitati antreprenoriale si furnizarii informatiilor, asistentei si sprijinului necesar dezvoltarii unui mediu antreprenorial profesionist si modern in aria de implementare a proiectului, capabil sa faca fata provocarilor globalizarii. Prin aceste beneficii pe termen lung, proiectul contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului specific 3.7 “Cresterea ocuparii prin sustinerea intreprinderilor cu profil nonagricol din zona urbana’’, mai precis, de a face din antreprenoriat o optiune profesionala pentru cat mai multe persoane.     The general objective of the project is to develop entrepreneurship by improving entrepreneurial skills and skills and supporting the establishment of new, competitive companies on the market. The project aims to respond to the increased competitiveness pressures of a changing national and regional economic environment by facilitating and encouraging the creation of new companies to enter innovative and emerging sectors and fields of activity. Thus, the project contributes to the achievement of POCU’s thematic objective no. 8 “Promoting sustainable and quality jobs and supporting worker mobility” and investment priority 8.iii “Independent activities, entrepreneurship and the establishment of enterprises, including micro enterprises and innovative small and medium enterprises”. The project supports entrepreneurship as a solution for developing a professional career for all people, to counterbalance the negative effects generated by structural changes and reorganisation processes in the industry and to generate economic and social alternatives, to improve the living standards of as many people as possible. The general objective of the project corresponds to the general objective of the Government Strategy for the Development of the SME Sector and the Improvement of the Business Environment (Horizon 2020), which is to create a favourable environment for business, private initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, to stimulate the establishment and development of SMEs and to support the competitiveness of the local, regional, national, European and international business environment by significantly increasing, in terms of dimension, sectoral and regional, the net balance of economically active SMEs, the development of existing enterprises and the creation of new jobs by the end of 2020. The project will generate a positive long-term effect by contributing to the improvement of the flexibility and mobility of the workforce in the North-West development region, by promoting the entrepreneurial culture and by providing specific, sustainable and efficient tools, necessary for the reorganisation of the Romanian economic system. The project will create a context conducive to the emergence of new entrepreneurial opportunities and to provide the necessary information, assistance and support to develop a professional and modern entrepreneurial environment in the project implementation area, able to cope with the challenges of globalisation. Through these long-term benefits, the project contributes to the achievement of specific objective 3.7 “Enhancing employment by supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area”, more specifically, to make entrepreneurship a professional option for as many people as possible.
