OBIECTIVUL GENERAL : Infiintarea si dezvoltarea a 21 intreprinderi sociale care vor contribui la crearea a 105 locuri de munca in vederea combaterii saraciei. Totodata structurile de economie sociala create in cadrul proiectului vor contribui la dezvoltarea comunitatilor locale, se vor implica in activitati cu caracter social si activitati economice. Proiectul vizeaza masuri care sa duca la infiintarea, cat si dezvoltarea de intreprinderi sociale, inclusiv intreprinderilor sociale de insertie, pentru integrarea pe piata muncii a persoanelor din grupurile vulnerabile si combatere a saraciei din regiunea Sud –Muntenia a Romaniei. CONTRIBUTIA PROIECTULUI LA REALIZAREA OBIECTIVULUI SPECIFIC AL POCU 2014-2020 privind INCLUZIUNEA SOCIALA SI COMBATEREA SARACIEI: Prin obiectivul sau general, proiectul raspunde prioritatilor de investitii, obiectivelor si actiunilor asumate de catre Romania in cadrul Programului Operational Capital Uman, respectiv valorizarea capitalului uman ca resursa esentiala in dezvoltarea sustenabila in viitor ca mijloc a cresterii economice si a coeziunii sociale in contextul Strategiei Europa 2020. Prin masurile sale de interventie, proiectul genereaza: reducerea numarului persoanelor aflate in risc de saracie sau excluziune sociala, prin implementarea de masuri integrate, cu accent pe comunitatile marginalizate; cresterea numaruli de persoane apartinand grupurilor vulnerabile care au depasit situatia de vulnerabilitate; dezvoltarea economiei sociale si promovarea antreprenoriatului social. Activitatile proiectului contribuie la respectarea conditiilor asumate de Romania prin strategiile de dezvoltare prin: - promovarea incluziunii sociale a comunitatilor marginalizate. Complementaritatea activitatilor desfasurate in cadrul proiectului a fost gandita sa sprijine indeplinirea indicatorilor de program stabiliti prin POCU, dar si implementarea altor documente strategice nationale si europene care vizeaza ocuparea fortei de munca si al incluziunii sociale la nivelul comunitatilor din Regiunea Sud- Muntenia. CONTRIBUTIA PROIECTULUI LA REALIZAREA OBIECTIVULUI AP 4 „ Incluziunea sociala si combaterea saraciei”: Realizarea obiectivului general al proiectului contribuie direct la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului prin faptul ca faciliteaza acordarea de sprijin pentru infiintarea de intreprinderi sociale atat prin dezvoltarea de competente ale initiatorilor de intreprinderi sociale cat si prin oferirea de sprijin financiar si know-how. Astfel cele peste 200 de persoane interesate de antreprenoriat social vor dobandi competente care vor fi utile atat pe termen scurt prin posibilitatea de a demara o afacere sociala in cadrul proiectului cat si pe termen mediu si lung prin implicarea in astfel de initiative la un moment ulterior. Experienta dobandita in procesul de demarare a afacerilor va fi utila in viitor fiind diseminata sub forma de exemple de bune practici. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Establishment and development of 21 social enterprises that will contribute to the creation of 105 jobs in order to combat poverty. At the same time, social economy structures created within the project will contribute to the development of local communities, will be involved in social activities and economic activities. The project aims at measures leading to the establishment, as well as the development of social enterprises, including social enterprises of insertion, for the integration into the labour market of people from vulnerable groups and combating poverty in the South-Muntenia region of Romania. Contribution of the PROJECT TO THE REALISATION OF THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF POCU 2014-2020 on SOCIAL INCLUSION AND COMBATERATION of poverty: Through its general objective, the project responds to the investment priorities, objectives and actions assumed by Romania within the Human Capital Operational Programme, namely the valorisation of human capital as an essential resource for sustainable development in the future as a means of economic growth and social cohesion in the context of the Europe 2020 strategy. Through its intervention measures, the project generates: reducing the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, by implementing integrated measures, focusing on marginalised communities; increasing the number of people belonging to vulnerable groups that have overcome the vulnerability situation; developing the social economy and promoting social entrepreneurship. The project activities contribute to compliance with the conditions assumed by Romania through the development strategies by: — promoting the social inclusion of marginalised communities. The complementarity of the activities carried out within the project was designed to support the fulfilment of the programme indicators established by POCU, as well as the implementation of other national and European strategic documents aimed at employment and social inclusion at the level of communities in the South-Muntenia Region. Contribution OF THE PROJECT REALISING THE OBJECTIVE PA 4 “Social inclusion and combating poverty”: The achievement of the general objective of the project contributes directly to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call by facilitating the granting of support for the establishment of social enterprises both by developing the competences of the social enterprise initiators and by providing financial support and know-how. Thus, the over 200 people interested in social entrepreneurship will acquire skills that will be useful both in the short term by the possibility to start a social business within the project and in the medium and long term by engaging in such initiatives at a later time.
