Obiectiv general: Conservarea biodiversităţii, conştientizarea şi educarea publicului privind importanţa conservării diversităţii biologice în ariile naturale protejate ROSCI0316 Lunca Râului Doamnei și ROSCI0268 Valea Vâlsanului. Prin realizarea planurilor de management pentru cele doua situri NATURA 2000, proiectul contribuie in mod direct la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului - Obiectivul Specific 4.1 “Cresterea gradului de protecție si conservare a biodiversității prin masuri de management adecvate si refacerea ecosistemelor degradate” promoveaza acțiuni ce contribuie la îndeplinirea obiectivelor Strategiei UE pentru Biodiversitate 2020, Cadrul de Acțiuni Prioritare pentru Natura 2000, Strategia Naționala si Planul de Acțiune pentru Conservarea Biodiversității 2014 – 2020, ce iau în considerare nevoile concrete de protecție a biodiversității din România.
