    Záměrem předkládaného projektu je vyvinout komplexní a univerzálně aplikovatelný testovací systém pro získávání technologicky nejvhodnějších kmenů vinařských kvasinek. Cílem pak je, aby toto testovací zařízení poskytovalo objektivní, reprodukovatelné a spolehlivé výsledky, které se budou opírat o jistotu získanou precizním zkušebním provozem. V rámci projektu je dále plánováno dosáhnout izolace a ověření minimálně deseti nových vinařských kmenů nebo jejich kombinací. a. (Czech)
