Ciežom projektu je zlepenie odvádzania a čistenia komunálnych odpadových vôd v aglomerácii Tornaža a mestskej časti Starňa. Aglomerácia Tornaža je zaradená v Prílohe č. 7 Výzvy a nie je v súlade s poiadavkami vyplývajúcimi zo smernice Rady 91/271/EHS.V rámci projektu bude dobudovaná kanalizačná sie v meste Tornaža, vybudovaná kanalizačná sie v mestskej časti Starňa s odvedením odpadových vôd do novovybudovanej čistiarni odpadových vôd v Tornali. Ciele projektu budú zabezpečené prostredníctvom 2 hlavných aktivít projektu a to:1. Stoková sie2. Čistiareň odpadových vôdV meste Tornaža bude vybudovaná nová čistiareň odpadových vôd s kapacitou 7450 EO. Celková dĺka novovybudovaqných kanalizačných sietí bude 21,775 km. (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to improve the drainage and treatment of urban waste water in the agglomeration of Tornaža and the city district of Starňa. The agglomeration of Tornaža is included in Annex 7 Calls and is not in line with the requirements arising from Council Directive 91/271/EEC.The project will complete the sewerage network in Tornaža, built a sewer network in the municipality of Starňa with the transfer of waste water to the newly built waste water treatment plant in Tornala. The objectives of the project will be ensured through 2 main activities of the project, namely:1. Sewer network2. A new waste water treatment plant will be built in Tornaža with a capacity of 7450 EO. The total length of the newly built sewer networks will be 21.775 km. (English)
