General objective The general objective of the project is to provide social services adapted to the needs of adults with disabilities. The proposed project aims to contribute to the deinstitutionalisation of adults with disabilities located in residential institutions and to prevent the reinstitutionalisation/institutionalisation of adults with disabilities by providing services within the sheltered housing and day care center established by a project funded from the 2014-2020 ROP (3 protected houses and 1 day centre) and by developing the network of professional personal assistants at Prahova county level. Based on the certainty that investments aimed at improving the infrastructure for deinstitutionalisation and preventing institutionalisation achieve a whole with the provision of high quality services, this project ensures complementarity between the two operational programmes ROP – POCU, through: provision of integrated, specialised support services for the transition from residential to community-based services (within the day centre); — facilitating the transition to independent living of people with institutionalised disabilities by acquiring the skills, competences and skills needed for integration (within sheltered housing); ensuring family protection for persons with disabilities (within the network of professional personal assistants). The implementation of this project will bring direct, additional benefits for the target group, namely: — allow activities to be carried out under appropriate conditions at the level of sheltered housing/in the network of professional personal assistants; — will increase the comfort of persons with disabilities who benefit from hosting and care in sheltered homes/in the network of professional personal assistants, as well as of the staff working there; — will ensure optimal conditions for carrying out ergotherapy activities and increasing the chances of recovering beneficiaries; — it will allow strengthening the links between those involved in their education and psycho-social training, as well as finding concrete, real and useful solutions to promote their requirements in order to equalise their chances of social integration with other members of society; — ensure the necessary conditions for the recovery of persons with disabilities and increased chances for their family/social reintegration; — will ensure the integration of people with disabilities into the community and the openness of the community to their issues; ensure access for persons with disabilities to medical services (stomatological and ophthalmological) that will improve their health status; — will allow participation in instructional and recreational programs (visits/excursions/stay), ensuring access to Cultural Patromony and tourists (English) | |||||||||||||||

Obiectiv general Obiectivul general al proiectului este furnizarea de servicii sociale adaptate nevoilor persoanelor adulte cu dizabilități. Proiectul propus urmărește să contribuie la dezinstituționalizarea persoanelor adulte cu dizabilităţi aflate în instituţii de tip rezidențial și la prevenirea reinstituționalizării/instituționalizării persoanelor adulte cu dizabilități prin oferirea de servicii în cadrul locuințelor protejate și a centrului de zi înființate printr-un proiect cu finanțare din POR 2014 – 2020 (3 locuințe protejate și 1 centru de zi) și prin dezvoltarea rețelei de asistenți personali profesioniști la nivelul județului Prahova. Plecând de la certitudinea că investiţiile care vizează îmbunătăţirea infrastructurii pentru dezinstituţionalizare și prevenirea instituționalizării realizează un tot unitar cu furnizarea de servicii de înaltă calitate, acest proiect asigură complementaritatea între cele două programe operaționale POR – POCU, prin: - furnizarea de servicii integrate de sprijin, specializate, în vederea tranziţiei de la servicii de îngrijire de tip rezidențial către servicii la nivelul comunităţii (în cadrul centrului de zi); - facilitarea tranziţiei spre traiul independent a persoanelor cu dizabilităţi instituţionalizate, prin dobândirea de deprinderi, competenţe şi abilităţi necesare integrării (în cadrul locuințelor protejate); - asigurarea protecției de tip familial pentru persoanele cu dizabilități (în cadrul rețelei de asistenți personali profesioniști). Implementarea acestui proiect va aduce beneficii directe, suplimentare, pentru grupul țintă, respectiv: - va permite desfăşurarea activităţilor în condiţii adecvate la nivelul locuințelor protejate/în rețeaua asistenților personali profesioniști; - va creşte confortul persoanelor cu dizabilități care beneficiază de găzduire și îngrijire în cadrul locuințelor protejate/în rețeaua asistenților personali profesioniști, dar şi a personalului care lucrează în cadrul acestora; - va asigura condiții optime pentru desfășurarea activităților de ergoterapie și creșterea șanselor de recuperare a beneficiarilor; - va permite întărirea legăturilor dintre cei implicaţi în educaţia şi pregătirea psiho-socială a acestora, precum şi găsirea unor soluţii concrete, reale şi utile pentru promovarea cerinţelor lor în direcţia egalizării şanselor acestora de integrare socială cu a celorlalţi membri ai societăţii; - va asigura condițiile necesare pentru recuperarea persoanelor cu dizabilități şi șanse crescute pentru reintegrarea lor familială/socială; - va asigura integrarea în comunitate a persoanelor cu dizabilități și deschiderea comunității față de problematica acestora; - va asigura accesul persoanelor cu dizabilități la servicii medicale (stomatologice și oftalmologice) care vor îmbunătăți starea de sănătate a acestora; - va permite participarea la programe instructive și recreative (vizite/excursii/sejur), asigurând accesul la patromoniul cultural și turisti (Romanian)
