The CLDSSerpa-4G aims to increase the levels of social cohesion in the municipality of Serpa by concentrating on young people, the unemployed, low-income families and the elderly. As a proximity intervention, it will seek to mobilise the local network of partners for concerted and complementary action to other interventions, concentrating its efforts on individuals and families that show more significant weaknesses.
