Neste projeto irá caracterizar-se toda a biomassa e potencial tecnológico disponível a nível nacional para a produção de energia, de forma a incrementar o uso diversificado da biomassa e a definir linhas orientadoras para políticas públicas. Os resultados conduzirão à elaboração dum guia técnico-científico com recomendações para a utilização eficiente da biomassa nacional, com vista à diminuição da dependência energética nacional. This project will characterise all the biomass and technological potential available at national level for energy production, in order to increase the diversified use of biomass and to define guidelines for public policies. The results will lead to the development of a technical-scientific guide with recommendations for the efficient use of national biomass, with a view to reducing national energy dependence. (English)
