Zámerom projektu je sociálno ekonomická integrácia marginalizovaných rómskych komunít. Minimálne 11 členom z MRK sa zvýia ance na trhu práce a finančná gramotnos prostredníctvom vykonávania miestnej občianskej poriadkovej sluby v obci Drahňov.Implementáciou projektu sa zavedú preventívne opatrenia v oblasti sekundárnej situačnej prevencie, ktorá je orientovaná na saenie potenciálnemu páchatežovi spácha protispoločenský delikt a na zvyovanie pravdepodobnosti odhalenia reálneho páchateža. Potreba realizácie sekundárnej prevencie vznikla na základe diagnostiky sociálneho problému a je orientovaná najmä na rizikové skupiny, u ktorých je zvýená pravdepodobnos, e sa stanú obeami alebo páchatežmi trestného činu. Vytvorí sa medzičlánok, ktorí bude fungova ako most pri rieení konfliktov medzi majoritou a minoritou. Spolu s ostatnými aktivitami obce prispeje k jej trvalo udratežnému komunitnému rozvoju. The aim of the project is the social economic integration of marginalised Roma communities. At least 11 members from the CLLD will increase labour market income and financial literacy through the implementation of the local civil service in Drahňov.Implementation of the project will introduce preventive measures in the area of secondary situational prevention, which is aimed at sucking the potential offender committing an antisocial offence and increasing the likelihood of detection of a real offender. The need to implement secondary prevention has arisen from the diagnosis of a social problem and is mainly oriented towards groups at risk who are more likely to become both or commit a crime. An intermediate article will be created to act as a bridge to resolve conflicts between the majority and the minority. Together with the other activities of the village, it will contribute to its permanent community development. (English)
