Realizácia projektu spočíva vo vybudovaní WIFI externých prístupových bodov na miestach komunitného ivota, ktoré poskytne bezplatné pripojenie vetkým občanom a návtevníkom obce Kotrčiná Lúčka k irokopásmovému internetu o minimálnej rýchlosti 30 Mbit/s.
