V súvislosti s implementáciou Operačného programu Integrovaná infratruktúra vznikla potreba monitorovania, hodnotenia a kontroly stavu prípravy a realizácie projektov v rámci OPII. Ciežom projektu je zabezpečenie efektívnej prípravy, riadenia a implementácie projektov OPII formou výmeny informácií na úrovni útvarov a organizácií zapojených do implementácie OPII a problematiky fondov EÚ najmä v oblasti dopravy. Projekt Koordinačné porady a monitorovacie výbory k príprave, monitorovaniu a kontrole projektov OPII 2019 - 2023 sa bude realizova prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity - Realizácia monitorovacích výborov, koordinačnýc porád, konferencií a pracovných rokovaní súvisiacich s implementáciou OPII, ktorá sa delí na dve podaktivity:1. Zabezpečenie monitorovacích výborov (2019 - 2023)2. Zabezpečenie koordinačných porád, konferencií a pracovných rokovaní (2019 - 2023)Za meratežný ukazovatež projektu bol zvolený Počet koordinačných porád, konferencií, seminárov súvisiacich s OP. Výka MU bola stanovená na 28 za predpokladu realizácie 10 monitorovacích výborov a 18 koordinačných porád/konferencií/pracovných rokovaní za celé obdobie realizácie hlavnej aktivity projektu (06/2019 - 12/2023). In the context of the implementation of the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure, there was a need for monitoring, evaluation and control of the state of preparation and implementation of projects under OPII. The aim of the project is to ensure effective preparation, management and implementation of OPII projects by exchanging information at the level of services and organisations involved in the implementation of OPII and issues of EU funds, especially in the field of transport. The project Coordination Consultations and Monitoring Committees on the preparation, monitoring and control of OPII projects 2019-2023 will be implemented through one main activity – Implementation of monitoring committees, coordination meetings, conferences and working meetings related to the implementation of OPII, which is divided into two sub-activities:1. Provision of monitoring committees (2019-2023)2. Provision of coordination meetings, conferences and working meetings (2019-2023)The number of coordination meetings, conferences, seminars related to OPs was selected for the measurement indicator of the project. The MU was set at 28 subject to the implementation of 10 monitoring committees and 18 coordination meetings/conferences/working negotiations for the whole period of implementation of the main activity of the project (06/2019-12/2023).
