Ciežom projektu je na základe analýzy nákladov na energie zníenie spotreby energie pri prevádzke administratívnej budovy NPPC - objekt Luianky. Súčasou projektu je realizácia nasledujúcich efektívnych opatrení a odporúčaní s ciežom racionalizácie spotreby energie, ktoré vedú k maximalizácii úspor energie a zníeniu energetickej náročnosti objektu:Zateplenie obvodových stien a zateplenie streného pláaVýmena otvorových kontrukciíIntalácia termoregulačných ventilov na vykurovacích telesách a hydraulické vyváenie vykurovacej sústavy objektuVýmena svetelných zdrojov a svietidielIntalácia termoohrevu TÚVRealizáciou navrhovaných úprav podža energetického auditu a projektovej dokumentácie sa popri energetických úsporách podstatne prispeje k zlepeniu tepelnej pohody a celkovej mikroklímy v interiéri. On the basis of an analysis of energy costs, the aim of the project is to reduce energy consumption during the operation of the administrative building NPPC – Luianka building. The current project is the implementation of the following effective measures and recommendations with the aim of rationalising energy consumption, which lead to maximising energy savings and reducing the energy intensity of objektu:Zateplenie perimeter walls and insulation of the heated surfaceReplacement of the hole contrusionInstallation of thermoregulating valves on heating elements and hydraulic weighing of the heating system of the buildingReplacement of light sources and luminairesThe installation of thermal heater TÚVRealisation of proposed modifications under the energy audit and project documentation will contribute significantly to the improvement of thermal comfort and the overall microclimate in the interior.
