    Riešenie aktuálnych problémov vzdelávania formou integrácie a inklúzie nie je možné bez pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov ako facilitátorov procesu na uspokojovanie individuálnych potrieb každého dieaa v rámci edukácie a výchovy. Ciežom tohto projektu je vytvorenie optimálnych podmienok pre každého žiaka základnej školy, nastavenie takého kurikula v procese vzdelávania, ktoré zabezpečí nasýtenie sociálnych, výchovných, emocionálnych, resp. individuálnych potrieb žiakov zapojených do projektu, a tým prispie k rozširovaniu vplyvu inklúzie, dosahovanie rovnakého prístupu ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu pre všetkých a zlepšovanie výsledkov a kompetencií žiakov.Aktivitami projektu sa budú zainteresovaní odborní a pedagogickí zamestnanci venova adaptácií žiakov, podpore prekonávania ich individuálnych bariér, mentoringu, orientačnej diagnostike, poradenstvu a systematickej práci so žiakmi ZŠ vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP. Inkluzívny tím Základnej školy, Kubranská 80, Trenčín (ďalej len „ZŠ Kubranská“) bude individuálnym ako aj spoločným úsilím uskutočňova podporu, rozvoj, aplikáciu a kontinuálnu implementáciu princípov inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania a výchovy. Ciežom inkluzívneho tímu bude eliminácia výskytov predčasného ukončovania školskej dochádzky, zvyšovanie kvality vzdelávania s pozitívnymi dopadmi nielen pre žiakov so ŠVVP ale aj ich spolužiakov, ktorí čelia potenciálnym negatívnym vplyvom svojho okolia v rámci výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu prebiehajúceho v školskom zariadení.     Solving the current problems of education through integration and inclusion is not possible without pedagogical and professional staff as process facilitators to meet the individual needs of each child in education and education. The aim of this project is to create optimal conditions for each elementary school, to set such a curriculum in the education process, which will ensure the saturation of the social, educational, emotional, or individual needs of the students involved in the project, thus contributing to widening the impact of inclusion, achieving equal access to quality education for all and improving the results and competences of the pupils. The activities of the project will be involved professional and pedagogical staff in the course of adaptation of the pupils, supporting the overcoming of their individual barriers, mentoring, orientation diagnostics, counselling and systematic work with Z-acks, including those with VET. The inclusive team of the Basic School, Kubranská 80, Trenčín (hereinafter referred to as Z Kubranská) will be individual as well as joint efforts to implement support, development, application and continuous implementation of the principles of inclusive model of education and education. The goal of an inclusive team will be to eliminate the occurrence of early school leaving, improve the quality of education with positive impacts not only for pupils with VET but also their co-discipients, who face potential negative impacts of their surroundings within the educational process taking place in the school facility.
