În conformitate cu directivele Programului Operaţional Regional 2014-2020 şi cu obiectivul specific al Axei Prioritare 6, P.I. 6.1, (apel dedicat Zonei de Investiţie Teritorială Integrată Delta Dunării), obiectivul general al proiectului vizează creşterea gradului de accesibilitate a zonelor rurale şi urbane situate în proximitatea reţelei TEN-T prin modernizarea drumurilor judeţene. Prin acest proiect, UAT Judeţul Constanţa prin Consiliul Judeţean Constanţa urmăreşte creşterea calităţii vieţii, a transportului şi a mobilităţii populaţiei, bunurilor şi serviciilor din Judeţul Constanţa prin reabilitarea şi modernizarea reţelei de drumuri judeţene, în vederea stimulării dezvoltării durabile a judeţului Constanţa şi implicit a Regiunii de Dezvoltare Sud Est. Prin proiect se urmăreşte ca acest drum să contribuie la realizarea obiectivelor generale ale ITI Delta Dunării şi anume: îmbunătăţirea economiei prin dezvoltarea activităţilor în domeniul turismului, pescuitului, acvaculturii şi agriculturii, îmbunătăţirea conectivităţii, creşterea eficienţei serviciilor publice. Reabilitarea şi modernizarea infrastructurii de transport regională pe traseul DJ226 Corbu-Săcele-Istria-Mihai Viteazu, reprezintă un obiectiv strategic la nivel judeţean şi regional. Modernizarea drumului judeţean DJ 226 va avea ca efect stimularea mobilităţii regionale prin conectarea nodurilor secundare şi terţiare la infrastructura TEN-T, inclusiv a nodurilor multimodale şi este dedicat pentru interconectarea regiunii Dunării. In accordance with the directives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 and the specific objective of Priority Axis 6, P.I. 6.1, (call dedicated to the Integrated Territorial Investment Area of the Danube Delta), the general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of rural and urban areas located close to the TEN-T network through the modernisation of county roads. Through this project, the Constanta County ATU through Constanta County Council aims to increase the quality of life, transport and mobility of the population, goods and services in Constanta County through the rehabilitation and modernisation of the county road network, in order to stimulate the sustainable development of Constanta County and implicitly of the South East Development Region. The project aims to contribute to the achievement of the general objectives of the Danube Delta ITI, namely: improving the economy by developing activities in the fields of tourism, fisheries, aquaculture and agriculture, improving connectivity, increasing the efficiency of public services. Rehabilitation and modernisation of regional transport infrastructure on the route DJ226 Corbu-Săcele-Istria-Mihai Viteazu is a strategic objective at county and regional level. The modernisation of the DJ 226 county road will stimulate regional mobility by connecting secondary and tertiary nodes to TEN-T infrastructure, including multimodal nodes, and is dedicated to interconnecting the Danube region.
