The aim of the project is to contribute to the effective implementation of IROP by supporting the administrative capacity of IROP ŽSK. The funding provided will cover the salary expenses (salary and remuneration, levies) of the staff of the intermediate body who carry out the tasks of the MA on the basis of the Contract for the implementation of part of the tasks in the selected IROP areas. The project will also cover the remuneration and compulsory contributions of the employer to some of the employees who will work on the basis of agreements on works carried out outside the employment relationship, in particular the external assessors of the grant applications. The project will also cover expenditure related to the closure of aid under the ROP 2007-2013 programming period, which is an eligible activity in the sense of IROP. The project covers the reimbursement of salary expenditure for the period 01/2016-12/2017. The funding provided will ensure that the intermediate body acquires and maintains the necessary sufficiently qualified and stable human resources, thereby contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the IROP. The performance of the activities of the SO has an impact on the whole territory of the Žilina Region. The achievement of the objective of the project is expressed in terms of measurable indicators. Through this project, the Žilina Self-Governing Region plans to reimburse on average 10 employees for 2016-2017 and expenses for remuneration and employer contributions to part of external evaluators (working on the basis of an agreement to carry out the work) who will assess about 135 applications for NFA received by IB ŽSK. Cieľom projektu je prostredníctvom podpory administratívnych kapacít SO pre IROP ŽSK prispieť k efektívnej implementácii IROP. Poskytnuté finančné prostriedky budú zabezpečovať krytie mzdových výdavkov (mzda a odmeny, odvody) zamestnancov sprostredkovateľského orgánu, ktorí plnia úlohy RO na základe Zmluvy o vykonávaní časti úloh vo vybraných oblastiach IROP. Rovnako projekt pokryje aj odmeny a povinné odvody zamestnávateľa na časť zamestnancov, ktorí budú pracovať na základe dohôd o prácach vykonávaných mimo pracovného pomeru, a to najmä externých hodnotiteľov žiadostí o NFP. Projektom budú kryté aj výdavky spojené s ukončovaním pomoci v rámci ROP programového obdobia 2007 – 2013, čo je v zmysle IROP oprávnenou aktivitou. Projekt pokrýva refundáciu mzdových výdavkov na obdobie 01/2016 – 12/2017. Poskytnuté finančné prostriedky zabezpečia sprostredkovateľskému orgánu získať a udržať potrebné dostatočne kvalifikované a stabilné ľudské zdroje čím sa prispeje k naplneniu cieľov IROP. Výkon činností SO má dopad na celé územie Žilinského kraja. Dosahovanie cieľa projektu je vyjadrené v hodnotách merateľných ukazovateľov. Žilinský samosprávny kraj plánuje prostredníctvom tohto projektu refundovať mzdové výdavky v priemere 10 zamestnancov za roky 2016-2017 a výdavky na odmeny a odvody zamestnávateľa na časť externých hodnotiteľov (pracujúcich na základe dohody o vykonaní práce), ktorí budú hodnotiť cca 135 žiadostí o NFP prijatých SO ŽSK.
