Taking into account the state of implementation of the 2014-2020 OPs, the technical legal support of the CKO’s coordination activities in the form of legal studies, concepts, analyses, reports and other eligible activities will provide an appropriate methodological background for the remaining part of the implementation of the programming period, which requires an active and rapid response from all stakeholders. Expert support in the development of mechanisms to ensure the effective implementation of financial assistance through the preparation of expert legal statements based on studies, concepts, analyses, methodologies and reports, legal opinions, preparation of draft contracts as well as amendments thereto, comments on draft contracts as well as amendments to them drawn up by a third party, legal services for the preparation of draft legislation of general application and internal management acts, participation in negotiations with third parties, legal advice and expert consultations, etc. (referring on the experience of the past CA) will have a significant impact on the quality of the setting of the conditions of absorption and the actual intensity of absorption of ESIF funds in the 2014-2020 PO. S ohľadom na stav implementácie operačných programov pre PO 2014 – 2020 odborná právna podpora koordinačnej činnosti CKO v podobe právnych štúdií, koncepcií, analýz, správ a iných oprávnených činností zabezpečí vhodné metodické zázemie pre ostávajúcu časť implementácie programového obdobia, čo si vyžaduje aktívnu a rýchlu reakciu všetkých zainteresovaných subjektov. Odborná podpora pri tvorbe mechanizmov na zabezpečenie efektívnej implementácie finančnej pomoci formou vypracovania odborných právnych vyjadrení založených na štúdiách, koncepciách, analýzach, metodikách a správach, ďalej právnych stanovísk, príprava návrhov zmlúv, ako aj dodatkov k nim, pripomienkovanie návrhov zmlúv, ako aj dodatkov k nim vypracovaných treťou stranou, právne služby vo veci prípravy návrhov všeobecne záväzných právnych predpisov a vnútorných riadiacich aktov, účasť na rokovaniach s tretími stranami, právne poradenstvo a odborné konzultácie a pod. (opierajúc sa o skúseností z minulého PO) bude mať výrazný vplyv na kvalitu nastavenia podmienok čerpania aj samotnú intenzitu čerpania finančných prostriedkov z EŠIF v PO 2014 - 2020. (Slovak)
